Poor Quality Embroidery
The quality of their embroidery is extremely poor - there were gaps and inconsistent stitching across all 100 of the hats I ordered. Also, the sew proofs they offer are small photos taken with poor lighting, so it's very hard to judge your thread colors or details of the design before giving the OK to move forward into production. Customer service was not helpful and honestly very rude when I first spoke to them on the phone. Their services are cheap but you get what you pay for.

We were already on a tight timeline and when we talked to Kevin in sales, he said they COULD DO THE JOB and would be sending the quote on this past Friday. Now on Monday, we STILL DONT HAVE IT and at this point it is too late to get what we needed for our event. If they couldot have accomodated us they should have said so instead of promising to do something they could not or would not do. Now, we will not have what we needed for our event.

ApparelNBags will lie to make sales
I am a custom apparel company that orders from wholesale dealers. The company that carries Port Authority jackets had a backorder so I looked for a company that had some already in stock. I chatted with Kevin at ApparelNBags before placing my order and he told me he confirmed with the warehouse that they physically had 90 pieces of the item I needed, in the color I needed in stock. I placed the order and was immediately emailed that my items were on backorder. I was lied to by customer service and would not have ordered had I been told the items were on backorder. The ONLY reason I ordered was because they confirmed they had the items physically in stock.
