There was a delay in shipping on our last shipment we received by about a week. This is unusual as we normally receive shipments on time and we have been using Apparelnbags to purchase our company uniforms for almost 5 years now. The quality and price of the products can't be beat!

The 1st time I ordered with them I literally got my items within a day or two. So I ordered again well this time it took a lot longer and they didn’t use the method I paid for. However they did give me a coupon code to use on my shipping for a percentage off. So I ordered again this time got my shirts in a day or two but was missing items. I sent them messages they wanted to refund me but in needed the items the next day the items that were missing arrived. If you have an issue they are good at resolving it but are having some issue but I would still use them again.

We are working with them to expedite the process and hopefully it will improve before end of this year.

I ordered 9 duffel bags and 3 weeks go by and I heard nothing from Apparelnbags! I called them, they told me that they didn’t have any in stock! They would be backordered, ok!! Then 15 minuets later I get a phone call from the guy I had talked to earlier and he says he found 9 bags and will get them to me! Ok! So a week later I received my order! 6 duffle bags! I called again and they said that’s all they have Sorry! I needed 3 more!! Never did receive them! They cancelled my order! Refunded my money! I had to find 3 more bags! Horrible customer service!
