I rate 1 as 0 is not possible.

I rate 1 as 0 is not possible.
This is the most useless service I have seen...
My Facebook account has been suspended and disabled.
META never informed me about which action was against their rules. EU rules impose them to clearly identify the reason.
So I made the route appealing the decision and... these genius replied "we reviewed the last content...and..." so, at the end, without letting me know WHAT EXACTLY IS VIOLATING WHICH RULE.
Saying that "the last content violates the rule" doesn't say anything precise and so is not in accordance to EU rules.
