I requested a £20 voucher before Christmas. It's still showing as pending. I've contacted them but its only an automated reply. It states to reply to the email and a member of staff will contact me. I've tried it twice, and I'm still waiting. I have more points to cash in but I don't think I will get them either. What a waste of time playing games and earning points.
First everything is perfect and seems legit. Then everything changed payout section is gone since 3 months.
