Best music app I have used so far
The sound is perfectly clear, it is an easy to use app and I do highly recommend it! Best pocket buddy for runs, trips, evening relax, etc.
Non-disclosure of trial period…
Non-disclosure of trial period conditions and extremely disappointed. I subscribed the trial period for one evening, but wanted to upgrade for family the next morning. It was not disclosed that this would cancel the trial period and I was immediately charged for a family plan. I tried to reverse this back to the trial for a single and the company refused. I got ripped off of the trial period for non-disclosure. This is not only wrong, but also illegal. I am done with apple music and never even got to try it out. Shame on you Apple Music. There are many other options available. We like your products, but the company does not care about their customers. I even escalated this to a senior manager and that person refused to make it right. The is the kind of support we get after decades of being loyal apple customers. Enough.

I paid Apple for 63 songs and Apple took them away from me without explanation.
I bought these songs several years ago using an Apple ID that I have forgotten, and although those songs appear in my Music library, I can no longer play them on my Mac or sync them to my iPhone. Two chats with tech support confirmed that there was no solution to this problem. Meanwhile, I can download Apps that I bought 10 years ago using the same forgotten Apple ID. This is a recent development which I attribute to Apple's effort to get us all to subscribe to Apple Music, but I figure Apple owes me somewhere between $63 and $80, depending on what I paid for those individual songs.

who ever manages this service needs a talking to. How can in 2021 a streaming & download service have such stupid system failings. Try to delete a song ..... impossible, they keep getting added to shuffle playlists long after they were deleted. This stops the music playing.... which is bit ironic given that its a music app.
Really, a ten yr old developer would fix this. Why doesn't Apple? smacks of a disregard for us customers, and that spells trouble.

Severely underrated, but a bit expensive!
Apple Music has always been my choice to go to for music, and in general unwinding.
Usually you’ll get a swathe of individuals who swear a certain competitor of theirs is significantly better; this is just not true in my eyes.
Whilst Apple is a bit expensive, it’s worth the money and in my case I use a Smart Sim in order to access the app at no extra charge.
If it wasn’t for the Smart Sim though, I probably wouldn’t have this app, so please think of other creative ways to keep users like me engaged.
I love Apple Music
I love Apple Music. Their library contains millions of songs so it would be hard to fail to find a particular song or artist they don’t include. I love making my own long playlists and having them replayed in shuffle mode. I like the fact that it is so well integrated with Siri. If you have Apple TV, HomePod, Apple Watch, or iPhone, just say “Hey Siri, play Moon River” (for example), and boom, it starts playing immediately. It’s also integrated with Shazam (for search), since now Apple bought that service.

Maybe I'm expecting too much, but in my opinion it's too boring music really. Mainstream elevator so everyone will buy. If your listening to other types of music for example older reggae there's absolutely nothing worth the name.

MONEY OVER CUSTOMERS
Apple music possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I had an iPhone and apple music account at university. A year ago I treated myself to a new ipad. I updated my card details on the apple store which automatically renewed onto my apple music account. I received no notifications of this. Apple just proceeded to deduct £4.99 from my account for 13 months. I didn't realise I was being invoiced as all my invoice emails were sent to my university email account and I had left university years ago. I have not used this account once and had been paying for another music account.
I contacted Apple expecting to receive a full refund for the misunderstanding, instead the customer assistance team quoted me terms and conditions, did not offer any alternative resolutions and replied to me finally saying if I replied to this email it is likely I would not be getting a response.
For a large reputable company I expected better customer service. Amazon always takes a customers side even if it is their fault, Samsung the same. Apple are disgusting and put money before customers. Last time I will ever buy an Apple product. If I had chosen a different brand of tablet I would have not been deducted this extra money. The process was confusing for someone good with technology so I hate to think of what is happening to those less tech-savvy. Its disgusting.

Definitely worth a try
If you have an iPhone or iPad the Apple Music integration is amazing. I love how easy it is to ask Siri to play a playlist or even just "chill music." The interface is so slick and enjoyable. The curated playlists are top-notch and updated frequently. I've had a few rare moments where the music stops playing unexpectedly and a needed a quick restart, but 99.99% of the time it's a flawless experience.
Stay away still taking money 3 months after cancelling
Cancelled in September yet continue to take £9.99 a month from my bank I even cancelled my bank card and got a new one so they couldn’t but they still managed to, their customer support is pathetic three times I’ve been told I will get a call back and never received one.
I am at a total loss of how to stop them stealing my money every month they even confirm it was cancelled but still take money
Utter rubbish!
Utter rubbish!! Tried it for three months, but didn’t use it. When I unsurscribed, it deleted all music on my devices, that I hasn’t bought on ITunes. It was approx. a hundred hours of music from my CD’s I put into ITunes back in the day. Try finding somehow to do that again!

If you have an Apple phone, it is so easy to stream and listen to music with Apple Music. The playlists they offer are great too!!
