Glad I got this free , because if I had paid a penny I would have wanted my money back, no relevant content , no worthwhile films , I see film adverts stating that they are Apple TV but on doing a search they don't even come up...useless,useless rubbish

Worst tv app ever. Got 3 months free with my new tv and it logs me out everyday. Try to log back in and never works. Glad I didn't pay for it. Canceled auto renewal

I had 6 months for free so I can’t complain much but the shows on there are completely garbage not one single hit also when you spot a film you click it and it says pay £6.99 for paramount. Why tf do I have to subscribe again for another subscription that’s built into what I already invested in? No wonder all these streaming platforms are failing because Netflix clears everything I mean even Amazon prime film choice are better than this and you get so much from Amazon prime like music, free delivery’s lots more but Apple TV is just seriously a joke. However I will try to enjoy the free 6 months even though I stream illegally so I can get any movie ever and most of them are in 4k too online streaming for completely free:)

The apple 4K device TV+ streaming is simply rubbish and constantly buffering. There are literally thousands of complaints and apple are doing nothing.

I have Netflix and Amazon streaming from the same unit and no issues. The issue is the lack of server capacity and bandwidth at Apple. Stop delaying and sort it.

Apple tv 7 day free trial is a scam, signed up...they started hitting my account on day 8, they have now hit my account 16..times..in 22 days...i have gone to site and tried over and over to enter my account they block it then i went to apple tv site and they wont let me sign in...completly blocked me from accessing my own account and now is forcing a 13$ canadian subscription....i literaly have to change banks to stop them from stealing my money and blocking acess to site to my account to end sub AND to boot cause im blocked from my own account i cant even watch..apple tv..its a pure scam...just hit me again in account....number 18 its called abuse..breaks every soveregn standard in canada....Help Canada...Hello Democracy??? Been homeless 42 years...and homelessness exists because of this right here...i even post publicly a foregn entity abusing canadas vulnerable citizens....and no one even blinks....Canada is no more...

I signed up for a MLS season pass. I'm trying to watch a Seattle Sounder match, which is only offered on Apple tv. I can't get pass any barriers that
apple tv has put on my ability to watch the match. You guys suck, your platform sucks and MLS sucks for putting fans through this bs to try to support your team. Please eat crap and die and give me a refund before you do

Customers of Apple products have come to expect a good product and inspite of a massive amount of profit and investment in there Tv/movies are very poor!,my suggestion would be either reduce the price of there very expensive Tec devices and stop trying to make Tv/movies?!

Terrible app. I subscribed through Amazon prime. I'm not able to search, save, add to a watch list any movie unless I Google" what's on apple TV ? "

I had a problem of not being able to access Apple TV content or log on on one of my laptops (for 4 days) whereas I could easily connect on my other laptop. I contacted (chat) Apple advisor and Thampuran answered and he asked me to do several things including delete browser history despite my having no problems on my other computer. When that didnt work he suddenly disconnected. I tried to connect again with Apple Advisor and waited while the blue circle went around and around. Finally after 32 minutes I gave up, and cancelled my subscription on my other laptop. Just not good enough!
Also, they had a special offer of $9 for 2 months then normal sub fee. After one month, they automatically charged me $14.99!

Apple TV makes it impossible to cancel ypur subscription online, tried it for 3 months and to be honest disappointed wasn't anything special streaming lags and layout is poor. It took more than an hour to finally speak to someone to cancel the subscription even though they took money from my account.

Apple continue with dishonest practices! Took advantage of 3 month's free never actually using the service! Tried cancelling but they provide an intentionally broken email that won't allow cancellation without first downloading software. Forcing me to go out of my way too download something I don't want or need to to be able to cancel my subscription! I'm so glad I've mostly stayed away from this company and it's abhorrent business practices. We all remember the battery fiasco and slowing down phone's. This is a dishonest company that I will be staying away from all products

Absolute rubbish. Lots of glitter and no substance. For a company like Apple to fleece customers is a disgrace. They are driven by greed and dominance. They will pay the price for such practices when customers wake up!!!!

I don’t get why u would pay a monthly fee here, just so you have to pay for the movies you’d like to watch. I paid for a month to watch a show in one day and then there was nothing else “free” that was interesting to watch. Waste of money.

Created an Apple TV account and the next day it was disabled. After being transferred to five different people over two days all they could say is the account was permanently disabled. They said there was nothing they could do and did not know why. So I tried my email address I use more for business. Unfortunately someone else had tried to create an account with that email address years ago. Speaking with customer service again for hours I was able to reset the password since it was my email address but since they created the account without verifying the email address I could not change the name or answer the security questions on that account. Not one customer service representative or lead representative could help me and I was not able to download AppleTV and actually sign in. I have Netflix, Max Disney+, Hulu and a few others that I've never had a single issue signing up with, but AppleTv has not only made it seemingly impossible but can't or won't even help to subscribe. You would think they would want as many customers streaming and purchasing their subscription but like many others with similar issues they don't seem to care or be of any assistance or even care about how many subscribers they are losing.

Cant sign in.
What a tripe company Apple are. Signed up to AppleTV+. Worked in the morning then by the afternoon I cant sign in. Spent 2hrs on the chat going round in circles. Next day call from senior customer service no help at all. They know there is a fault with their system but they cant fix it or get me signed back in. Not getting a service I have paid for and cant cancel because I cant sign in. I would expect better from one of the biggest companies in the world.

After bad start things are now working fine. Good mix of programs. Upped rating to 3 stars.

Constant errors of 'This site can't provide a secure connection'. Tried all sorts to fix it. One time, it will work and when it is next opened, it won't work

Complete waste of money if using a PC or XBOX. Cannot sign in so cannot cancel my subscription (which I have not used yet). The support is useless, asked them to cancel my subscription and they could not because guess what, they can't get into my account. Jokers. Avoid like the plague.

A thing beyond belief: the browser version is shameful; it works terribly. Every time I open the site, I have to log in even though I'm already logged in because it gives an error like "error occurred." I have the impression that they do this on purpose to push you to use it on their operating systems. Maybe it's not like that now, but I think such poor quality is unbecoming of Apple, especially considering there are many competitors in this field... To put it briefly, even RAI's web streaming platform is better than this crap.
