Appliance Centre have been absolutely brilliant, and especially Andrew who has been our primary point of contact. Our so called 'kitchen designer' and bespoke kitchen manufacturer, who has now gone into receivership! spec'd the incorrect Neff appliances which we duly ordered but were incorrect. Appliance Centre where extremely knowledgably and discussed the most suitable options. They went above and beyond to help us get the correct appliances. I rarely write a review unless the service and experience is exceptional and this was. Great job Appliance Centre, and good to see there are still companies who take bride in being professional and focus on the customer. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I’m really pleased with my SMEG toaster. The website was easy to navigate, the prices were competitive, and the whole ordering process felt straightforward. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. The toaster itself looks great on the counter and works exactly as expected. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish.

First time using the Appliance Centre. I try not to use Amazon wherever possible and the Appliance Centre was an excellent alternative. Price worked out cheaper because I had 1st time customer discount but is competitively priced even without that. I chose named day delivery and received a one hour time-slot that morning which was really helpful. Easy ordering experience with frequent updates on my order, which I really like. Very pleased with purchase and company and will definitely be using again!

what was good was the speed of despatch, the price (a good deal cheaper than elsewhere) and the delivery itself, a shining example of excellent customer service. i highly recommend the Appliance Centre.

Sales team were very helpful with my order. There was a delay with 1 out if the 3 appliances so they split the delivery.

The service i recieved from Lonika in particular was first class. I order the smeg knife block and that process was faultless. The problem arose with the courier company (DPD). they initially failed to collect the item from the appliance centre and Lonika sorted that out and it was delivered 2 days later but the parcel had been severely damaged by the courier. Once again Lonika sorted out a replacement for me with a different courier company which also was seamless but Lonika to the rescue again😀.

The freezer was at a very good price and was delivered within the week. Great experience and customer service.

I purchased online a Quooker Hot Water Tap and Cube. The purchasing process online was seamless. However, I had several issues during the delivery process. First of all, on purchase the delivery was due 2-3 days after purchase, so I arranged for the tradesmen to be available on day 4 to retro-fit the new Quooker items. However, DPD (the courier) never updated that they had received the items from Appliance Centre. I called the Appliance Centre. The gentleman advised the items would be handed over that day and apologies were given for the mix up. 2 days later the items had still not appeared and the DPD site indicated the items had still not been handed over to them. I called Appliance Centre again. The lady did check and advised the items were still to be handed over to DPD and this would now be completed with a delivery given as Monday 2-Mar, since delivery could not be made at the weekend. I kept a close check on the DPD website and to my surprise I was notified that it would be delivered on Saturday 28-February. The items arrived on Saturday afternoon.
I did receive a follow-up call from the lady at the Appliance Centre on Monday when she left a message to confirm delivery had been completed.
I am happy with the items but would advise anyone purchasing items to take any delivery information with a large pinch of salt.

No communication regarding progress with my order. I chased. Difficulties in contacting delivery/installation company. People at house very plesent and helpful but left taking the washing machine transit bolts with them. They were returned after I called them. Overall an ok experience.

Kept informed about delivery and it arrived when scheduled. Delivery person was friendly and helpful.
