Great customer service
The guys who take my order on the phone are very helpful and friendly. Order is always on time. If there has been a problem of any sort I have been contacted straight away and it's been rectified quickly.

One O One
I use the One O One mostly everyday and I've a good friendship with most of the drivers they're always helpful I can't praise them enough. I'm really glad appyshop Is there.

I keep getting issues when logging into…
I keep getting issues when logging into the Appyshop app which is annoying. This usually prevents me from ordering as I can't get logged in, it keeps displaying an error message or access denied.
I set up a new account to be able to place an order, some of the items were wrong from the shop, sent alternatives which were of much less value than what I purchased (eg, purchased a multipack chocolate pack at £2.79 and sent 1 single bar instead for much less cost). This happens often and there is no way to report this and when I try contact the shop directly my calls are never answered.
Mixed opinion of both the appyshop app and the shop I ordered from.

Regarding the substitutions, please note that you’ll only ever be charged the price of the item you receive, not the original item you selected. If you’d prefer not to receive alternatives, you can turn this off by selecting “No” under “Allow Sub?” for each item in your basket before placing your order.
