It’s a marvel I received parcel at all ….

Apricot clothing is well made and accurately sized. My problem is with the delivery company Evri. Came home to my clothing being partially rammed through the letter box. I live on an open street with door being in full view of passers by, no fence or garden. It’s was a wonder it was still there and that the clothes were undamahed. Evri are a disaster.

I ordered two items from the website.

I ordered two items from the website.
I tried to return one of the items, but didn't receive the label.
Tried to contact Apricot and received a message saying,
They would get back to me within three days.
Itwo weeks have passed and still no reply.
Appalling customer service.
I will never purchase anything from them again.

We’ve checked our records and we can’t see any previous emails from you regarding this return, which may be why there was a delay in getting this sorted for you.

That said, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were simply trying to return an item. This is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.
