Return not possible
I wanted to return 2 dresses, the homepage sais that for returns from Germany will be handeled via DHL. I should start the process in my apricot account and would then be forwarded to the DHL where a QR Code would be provided. This didn't work an now my emails to customer service are ignored.

Poor quality and high return costs
Ordered from Apricot for the first time - a skort for the summer season. The skort has very poor quality fabric (see-through) and crooked stitching at the back. I sent a request to customer support with pictures. The answer is that I should send it back at my own expense. No reply to further emails from me. Very disappointing!

Sizing awful.
Have purchased from Apricot online & in store for years. Always loved the clothes and sizes spot on. Ordered 2 knitted tops. In XS as usual. One of them them was ridiculously small. The other fitted in the body but looked as if the arms were size XL. Quality was not good either. Add to that the misleading statement of free delivery over £50 but in fact only on full price clothing. If this is how things continue I will not be purchasing again.

Quality has gone down
Used to be a big fan of this brand and have ordered several items with them as well as purchased in-store. Used to be really happy with the quality and fun designs but recently the quality of the clothes has gone down. The seam of the oversized boyfriend coat I purchased (which wasn't cheap) ripped from top to bottom after only a couple of times wearing it. Similarly, the check print shirt mini dress had a massive hole in it after wearing it twice. I never used to have issues like this a year ago.
I was refunded £20 less than my order
I was refunded £20 less than my order. Used the contact form for customer services and got an acknowledgment. That was 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing since. There’s no way to contact them by phone and they ask that you don’t send any chaser emails because apparently that will cause delays 🤷♀️

No Customer Service Response
I received 2 items in late November that I decided to return. I followed the return instructions and mailed the items back - I received confirmation from FedEx that they were delivered on 12/4. I have yet to receive a refund or a response to my outreach to Custer Service and it has already been a month. I understand it's the holidays so some delay is expected but not a full month. I'd love a reply to my Customer Service ticket.

I ordered three items at the beginning of December, they were quickly dispatched but have not arrived and tracking has been stuck for 13 days. I have contacted Apricot via every means imaginable and nobody has replied, so it seems that not only are the Christmas presents lost, but also my money! No customer service at all.

Had trouble placing order online initially, called customer service, received a tip, all went well going forward.
Absolutely no customer service …
I have brought several items from Apricot and have loved them all. However there are a few items in my latest delivery that I didn’t like and want to return. The website is not letting me do that so I’ve emailed twice and has no reply from customer service. I will not be ordering any more items from apricot. Very disappointed.

Terrible fit
Terrible fit. This dress was poorly designed. Very odd proportions. I bought my typical size... and it isn't that it is too snug or loose, but that it was designed NOT to fit a body well. It looks gorgeous on the hanger, but is one of the worst fitting pieces of clothing I've ever tried on.

Good quality, good fit and timely delivery
I bought two dresses. Both fit very well - I'm a size 12 and 5ft7 and a size 12 fits perfectly. They are good quality and look exactly as advertised. Arrived on time.
Money taken, no product ever received!!!
An order was placed several weeks ago and after an initial confirmation email there was no more correspondence from Apricot. After checking on my order status it said there was a problem with the order so I emailed on 3 separate occasions only to get zero response from Apricot. In the meantime the payment has been deducted from my bank account via paypal. I have put in a complaint to paypal and urgently seek to have my money refunded. To this date there has been no receipt of the dresses I purchased, no communication from Apricot and no reimbursement of what I paid. Extremely upsetting experience and hugely disappointing.

I ordered some jeans and didn’t receive the one I ordered and the size is no good either. I reached you to explain that you send me a message back to tell me to send you a photo of the jeans and the invoice. It’s been two weeks now and didn’t received any response. If you don’t have the jeans I ordered I want my money back . Thanks

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service, Very rarely have I experienced such bad communication.
Received a damaged item so responded within half an hour requesting a return for faulty item and heard nothing. Despite what they suggest I have had to email twice as they have not responded and it has been way beyond the guideline they give to get him back to us. I am going on holiday next week (the item I ordered was to take away) so currently not only am I without the item as it's damaged but I can't return it as I have not heard from them. So I will have to just send a normal return if I don't hear back in the next few days and hope that they will refund me for the damaged item which has a massive mark on the front of it.
Since ordering with Apricot I have placed orders with several other companies elsewhere and received them long before and been so pleased with service, it's a shame I have not experienced the same with this company and would never ever use them again.
