Arrived in a timely manner and the necklace looks great. I got my long distance gf a necklace of my Thai name and we both love it.

I had a vintage ring that belonged to my grandmother. The stones are beautiful but the elaborate setting wasn't to my taste. I approached Lillie with the idea of putting the stones into a new, more wearable ring that was more 'me'
After a conversation and sending me a digital design I went ahead.....and couldn't be happier. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, I was charged a reasonable price and I'm delighted with my ring.

They make excellent gifts and are quite affordable each time that I have ordered, the necklace has arrived very quickly and is nicely presented. I couldn’t fault Apsley & Heron. Postman delivered took a week to locate where it had been delivered,no reply from customer services and post office did not want to know jewellery was loverly let down by delivery

I was looking for a custom necklace in my sister’s Chinese name for her birthday in the UK and came across Apsley and Heron on Etsy. I spoke with Lillie to get it delivered to me in time for my sister’s birthday, she replied immediately and arranged it so efficiently for me. The necklace arrived quickly and my sister adores it, it’s absolutely beautiful! The other pieces are stunning too! Lillie is so warm and friendly while speaking to her too, any queries I had about delivery she responded to me within the hour. Will definitely order again from Apsley and Heron in the future! The Item itself made the Experience Great along with the Customer Support from Lillie who was very cooperative in regards to the delayed Delivery which was later found to be the Post Office fault due to the Packing Box being damaged though the Item itself arrived in Perfect condition.I was very worried as the Item was a 60th Birthday Gift that was drawing ever nearer and Lillie kept in touch and offered to Send another immediately after trying to find what had happened to the Original…In the end, all was well and the Item arrived 8 days after dispatch but the Correapindence with Lillie was very comforting considering other Companies would take days to answer, I was swapping Emails with Lillie on a Daily basis…

My necklace has now arrived and I’m very happy with it, after an unfortunate delay in initially receiving it. I have to mention I’m impressed by customer services. They kept me updated, and reassured me the necklace would arrive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others.

My daughter wanted to buy the personalised necklace as a gift for her school friend. We were thrilled when it came - it was the perfect size, the personalisation was beautiful and it came in a lovely presentation box. Her friend absolutely loved it.

I ordered a 925 sterling silver guitar plec pendant for my best friend, who is a country musician. I asked for his logo to be engraved on it and honestly, it couldn’t have turned out more perfect. Now my best friend has both, a lucky charm, a plec if he ever forgets to bring one AND a name necklace all in one. Couldn’t have asked for better service and I will definitely be returning to this shop in the future!

I recently made a bad review regarding this company and would now like to set things right.
Yes things didn't go as planned but they have now been sorted and a full apology and explanation given. The necklace has been received and I have to admit it is lovely. So please don't hesitate to buy from Apsley Heron the value is excellent. Maybe recorded delivery should be used for future orders

Ordered a children's drawing design necklace for mother's day, sketch and lines came out nicely on the pendant, mum loves it, kids amazed at seeing their art on display - great value and arrived in good time (considering it is a custom piece made to order).

My necklace is beautiful really happy with it. Ordered it on Sunday was here by Thursday only problem I had was with the royal mail tracking wasn't showing anything. I emailed apsley&heron about this I had a reply back with in the hr letting me know they will find out what was going on to which they did.
