Absolute rubbish. I am in process of getting a refund due to not receiving my order. I have been trying for a month to get my order sorted. Was told it's on its way, then it was stuck with Royal Mail. I was then told it was lost. Promised a replacement within next few days but still never arrived. I have now got to find a necklace for daughters 40th birthday in a couple of weeks.

Excellent products and reliable company
My necklace was lost in Royal Mail’s system and it was late being delivered. When I notified Apsley &Heron they couldn’t have been more apologetic or helpful. The necklace was eventually delivered and it is exactly as promised. I have since ordered another necklace as part of my daughter’s birthday present. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this…
I had a terrible experience with this online jewelry store. The website was difficult to navigate, and the product descriptions were vague and misleading. After finally placing an order, it took much longer to arrive than advertised. When the jewelry did arrive, the quality was extremely disappointing and didn’t match the photos at all. To make matters worse, the item was defective. I tried to contact customer service for a return, but the process was frustrating, and they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I would not recommend shopping here to anyone.

Poor tracking information via shop app
Poor tracking information via shop app, waste of time, Royal Mail no better, I received my order 3 days ago, shop app still says ready to ship now.
But good communication when emailing.
This is a very fine chain, I would recommend you spend more to get something thicker.
