Overall the problem with our ants has gotten worse. The representative who came was nothing but nice but didn't seem to have a solution or why the ants are worse vs when we started.

We had a serious rodent problem and since we have been using Aptive the rodents have completely disapeared. They also have contained mosquito and other pest issues. The only negative that I give is that they need to inprove their communication. I have to constanly ask them what hey are doing. Also, we get a different person each visit and it seems that the previous person does not leave a note as to what they did. As an example, the first person put mouse traps in certain areas but the next months person knew nothing about them or where they were. I had to walk around with the technician and look for them

I am dissatisfied with your products and procedures. I have more roaches than ever before. We lived in this 100 year old house for more than 40 years without any roaches. I have been on hold for almost an hour trying to cancel your services with no one picking up the phone.

I spoke with the technician to tell him what my concerns were and asked him to call me back afterthe visit. He never did. Very disappointed.

I received a text asking about my service at 921 am. I was at the house, did not see anyone. No pictures left ( usually see what they do) and no sign it was treated. Actually quite curious if they even came!

Great service. A breath of fresh air considering the disappointing competition.
Keep it up!

We've had a great experience with the treatments that we have had. They are very professional and efficient. They explain the process.

Impressed with representative. He found where they are coming in. Would have been a five star but we have a lot of mice in the attic.

He was on time, asked me what I was looking for him to accomplish, and quickly got it done !

I'm three applications into their service with an overall positive experience. Their field tech's have been real good (especially Skylah). Treatments have been effective for the most part but have not eliminated moles (was main reason for service). Other pest are gone.
One shortcoming is a personal contact. Not sure who to contact and how if a need comes up.
10/1/25 update:
Ironically after writing this review Aptive responded to my review about the lack of "personal" contact by recommending I contact their office. Just my point, I do know who or how to contact them. I'm sure it's on me but I could use a little help with this frustration.

I still have rodents the guy didn't come yesterday

This could be a misunderstanding on my end. Tye was very courteous, we discussed spraying not the door jams but around the front door and deck door. Door jam on front door is all sticky dark stuff on all sides if jam.
I could not see any spraying around deck door which is perhaps why so many ants in kitchen which is at deck door. I have cameras on the perimeter of house so I can always see what’s being done and how long it takes.

A vague performance contract with big promises upfront and poor performance. Had to call back three separate times due to ants, spiders and mice. Treatments were so quick with poor result. Don’t waste your money.

The service is done in a timely manor and on the day scheduled. Very thorough and communication is prompt.

Many of the technicians have been very professional and record what they complete for their duties. Unfortunately, even with three bait boxes and multiple traps, I caught a mouse on my kitchen floor and threw it outside. Bugs are definitely down. Everything is done online and haven't had a problem yet.

Recently I have had a problem with hornet nests. Aptive came right out and dealt with these nests in two different locations. Very grateful for their timely inspections!!
