A Complimentary Treatment…
I had to have a complimentary treatment inside the house for possible fleas. Landon came to treat my home on Saturday; he was most pleasant, professional, and thorough. He explained what he was going to do inside and outside then proceeded spraying my home. I really liked Landon's attitude and desire to make things right--thank you!

Had a problem and it got fixed immediately
I had called for someone to come out and spray again after spraying just a month earlier because of ants and roaches. But I wound up getting charged as though it was one of my regular appointments.
However, when I called and explained the situation they were prompt to correct the issue and issue me a credit for the following (actual) appointment. Been with the company over three years now and I would recommend their services.

We are kept informed of upcoming appointments and notified of arrival time, when they arrive and when the treatment is completed. Aptive has kept our house bug free.
The technician was friendly and listened to my needs and concerns before he started. (I am embarrassed to say that I cannot remember his name.) He did a thorough job and was very understanding when he had to squeeze through a gate that was not opening as it should. He closed the gate for me without me asking, which saved me, a senior citizen, from the strenuous effort. In the many years I have used Aptive, I have never had to have them spray inside my house. The heavy spraying of the outside has kept our inside bug free so far. We also have two dogs and many wild critters that inhabit our yard periodically, so many opportunities for pests. Aptive has kept us happy.
