I would give this company six stars if I could. My wife and I are traveling out of the country. When we went to our "passport box," she had hers and mine was missing. I called APVI on Sunday; they were back to me in less than and hour with complete instructions and a "how to" video that guided me through the process. Then follow up calls, emails of necessary documents, and tracking numbers and additional emails to make sure the process was going as planned. I had my passport in less than 48 hours. You should know that this is process is not like ordering a pizza. It takes lots of work on your part -collecting documents, including your birth certificate (not a copy), getting a passport photo (Walgreens), filling out forms, taking everything to an "acceptance agent" (post office after 10 AM), and shipping by FedEx. However, APVI is there throughout the entire process. Six Star service!

As an american citizen i never need a passport till now that i want to go to cancun with my wife. In miami office the earlier appointments where by june 13 and im leaving by jun 12. I was skeptical about this because how sensitive is this type of things but this people where very professional and they deliver results, today my passport is on its way and i will have an awesome honeymoon. The experience I had with APVI was one of the best I have ever had. I needed to get my passport for a destination wedding and had to jump through hoops because my parents were not listed on my birth certificate. This gave me little time and and little hope I'd get my documents in time. However, I was fortunate enough to find this magnificent company. My point of contact was Johnny Mercado and when I tell you he is amazing that is no lip service. He guided me through each step and assured me that I would have my passport in time. The term "service with a smile" rarely applies these days in customer service situations, but Johnny exceeds all expectations and goes above and beyond. He was there for me for questions, updates, and you can hear his smile over the phone, it's contagious! I received my passport in three business days of shipment, simply incredible!

I had to renew my passport for an upcoming trip. I had a little time, but wanted to assure the process would not take more than a couple of weeks. After payment, they called me and led me through the process step by step. Great response times and I was kept informed through the entire process. I had just one contact person, Johnny Mercado, who made sure I got things right. I used the 2 week turnaround option and had the new passport in my hands 9 days later! Not only did I need a speedy service, but I also wanted to it be "tunable" in the sense for me to be able to precisely specify when exactly the FedEx package with my renewed documents to be delivered. That was more important to me than the speed itself. I got both, the speed, convenience and the ability to decide when exactly the return package to be delivered. Of course I paid for the proper FedEx service as well, but as soon as they received my extended passport they called my on my cell and asked when I wanted it to be delivered, exactly as I requested. Only by that moment I knew the "hole" in my schedule when I would be able to wait for the FedEx, and was able to tell them. It was also important that, they were reachable immediately any time I needed. They gave me the clear instructions, clearly answered all my questions, double check all the important items before I sent the package to them. Perfect!
Before deciding to go with them I contacted some other "fast track companies," but no one was completely up to my requirements.
The service certainly cost every penny of the premium I paid them on the top of the Government fee.

As a Louisiana resident, I have been under immense pressure to get my passport renewed and obtain one for my son. Legislation is pending on requiring Louisiana residents to have a passport to travel on all airlines including domestic. If the bill passes, this could happen as soon as five months from now. With travel plans already set, I can't afford to scramble among everyone else who will be rushing to get passports too. I used APVI Express because of their competitive rates and quick processing. Like many people who need this kind of service, I was in a bit of a bind and needed my passport fast. I appreciated their call when I started to fill out the form but hadn't yet completed it as they could answer questions I had about the process. There were small snafus in my submission for their services (I think because I applied outside of office hours) and finding my order and order number, but everything was sorted out with a phone call. They walked me through my application and required materials and most importantly submitted my passport application promptly and returned it to me faster than expected. Well worth the money and piece of mind.

Working with APVI Express was really easy and efficient. I applied for an expedited 4-5 day passport. It was ready a day earlier than expected. Awesome!

Aviexpress was really easy to use and I was able to get my passport in time for my trip. I didn't realize how long it took to get a passport normally (I had never had one before). So when I had a trip scheduled I didn't plan for the passport far enough in advance. But Aviexpress was able to get me a passport in just a couple days. Reasonable pricing, secure forms, and lots of options for shipping and add-ons. Very happy. Got my passport the day it was promised.

APVI helped me get my employment visa to Saudi Arabia. They are extremely professional and know exactly what they are doing. I had other visa companies request unnecessary documents making my visa process 100x more difficult. APVI got the job done with minimal paperwork and time. They also had a representative that was extremely helpful. I called him 100 times and he was always there to help. Customer service at its best! I highly recommend them to anyone travelling to Saudi Arabia.

I could not have been more thrilled with the service which Johnny Mercado provided. I was in a real jam needing a renewed passport in just a few days. He was friendly and went above and beyond to help and reassure me that getting the passport in time was not a problem. Hope I won't need this service again; but if I do, I would certainly call Johnny again.

I am very pleased with the service I received, I needed to get my passport renewed, and I needed it ASAP!
