Usama from Aqdas Travel took all of the hardwork and stress out of booking our Umrah trip during Ramadan this year. He tailor made a bespoke package based upon our personal requirements, all at exceptional prices, he took care of the VISAs and ground transport so we did not have to worry about a single thing. Was able to address most of our needs and he responded quickly. The second hotel was a four star hotel and very close to the prophets mosque which was useful. The first hotel was a ten minute walk to kaabar, which wasn't to much of a problem although the hotel itself wasn't a four star grading . It was leaning towards a three star accommodation. Overall, our experience carrying out our Umrah was a positive one.

I came to kiswa tours as another provider had let me down. Brother Muhammad sheryar was very patient with me. He advised me over a two month period and didn’t get frustrated even though at times it may have felt like I was wasting his time. The service was excellent from start to finish. He made sure we understood everything and ensured all my questions were answered. Both hotels were amazing and the locations were just as he described. Both ziyara tours were booked via him and the service whilst there was amazing. The prices provided were great and the service was amazing alhamdullilah. Usama was very helpful and friendly when we bought the tickets for umrah. I would highly recommend using Adqas travel if you want to go for umrah or hajj! The prices are cheap and affordable for the services.
