Aquabliss - Not Recommended

AQUABLISS
After ordering a shower enclosure from Aquabliss I received an email on 19th January advising me my order had been dispatched, however I did not hear anything further. After emailing the company several times regarding delivery of my order Aquabliss gave me three confirmed delivery dates but my order was NOT DELIVERED ON ANY OF THE DATES. Thinking I would never receive my order I asked them to cancel my order but Aquabliss just threatened to deduct at least £110 because it was out for delivery (nothing in their t&c). My order was finally delivered on the fourth attempt (with only hours notice) but it was delivered to the wrong address in another street. I was only aware my order had been delivered when the owner of the property drove to my address to let me know my order had been delivered to his address. This was a pallet delivery and I now have the problem of getting my order to my address. I ordered my shower from Aquabliss on 18th January and it was eventually delivered albeit to the wrong address on 6th February. Obviously I will not place any further orders with Aquabliss. I do not recommend this company and based on my experience would encourage others to find an alternative bathroom supplier.

Terrible customer service, calling me a liar and not believing part could be damaged …

Sorry to say that the Shower tray was damaged and basically told us we had damaged it and called us a liar when tried to point out it must have happened when being loaded to pallet of prior to that.
Kept quoting pallet was ok, driver took photos, we should have unpacked everything in font of driver and reported issues etc, we are not using straight away so how much more damage would be caused unpacking everything and not storing is wrapped up. Only company I have had appalling service from in years and certainly won’y be using again

Terrible experience with Aquabliss Bathrooms

Terrible experience. Shower supplied with a part missing (showerhead connecting bracket), and another part damaged (showerhead had 2 significant dents. On notifying the company they immediately challenged my honesty, asking for 'proof' that I hadn't lost the part and damaged the shower head myself. It took 2 months and countless emails and phone calls to get the problem solved - including return postage a my own expense.
For the sake of your mental health avoid Aquabliss like a virulent new strain of covid!!

I ordered many items for my new…

I ordered many items for my new bathroom (Mirror, tap, furniture unit radiator, shower and shower screen) at the end of august 2023 with Aquabliss and was extremely pleased with the delivery times and the products themselves for the price we paid. We had no issues just a good experience of items being delivered quickly and the items looked great once fitted. Everything delivered in good condition.

fantastic choice

fantastic choice, the live chat option is helpful when you have any questions while browsing site.
Really good products and value for money.
I will definitely use them again. Delivery was also flexible as I had to go to the hospital and have someone else in the house for the drop-off. They rang me to make sure someone was home. Very accommodating

The whole experience was a pleasure, and Jordan was a delight to discuss products with .His suggestions and recommendations were extremely useful, and we came away feeling that we had chosen exactly the right bathroom to suit us.

I ordered a 300x1850 wet room panel on…

I ordered a 300x1850 wet room panel on the 26th July and paid for 2-4 days delivery .It was dispatched the following day . On the 3rd august I was told that the courier had damaged it , and they would send another by express delivery.Still no sign at this point. On the 7th August I was told they were out of stock . They sent the replacement out on the following Friday with no contact so that we could be in . The courier returned the panel as no one in, and they said they had left a card.... they didnt .I phoned to complain and was spoken to very rudely. I rang again to find out what was happening and they said they would be sending it for the Friday. On the monday I received an email saying the courier company had lost it . I rang and asked for a refund ... which I have only just got back . If you are thinking of buying anything from this shambolic company , Spend your money elsewhere. Trading standards need to look into them as they couldnt organise a .............in a brewery

I purchased my shower from Aquabliss over 5 years ago. I've reached out to them twice over the last year for some spare parts and every single time I received an outstanding service. Their answers via email are prompt and very helpful

Dealing with the staff on the phone and also the delivery driver was an excellent. They were very informative and I was given 2 hour time window for delivery on the day which was very helpful. The driver was very good and helpful. thank you.

The most amateur company I have ever…

The most amateur company I have ever dealt with! Their so-called ‘customer service’ is nothing of the sort. I purchased a RAK compact toilet seat, which was advertised on their web site as being in stock. The SKU code was the correct one for the RAK seat, and the photo of the seat was correct. What arrived was a totally different seat, different size/shape. Different SKU. They eventually said I could have a refund if I sent the seat back to them, which would cost me a fair bit in postal costs. When I asked them to arrange collection at their cost…, all went silent….
Terrible customer service. You deserve to go out of business ….

I’ve been using this company for about 6 months , the products are top quality , easy to fit and fraction of the price of the big online companies

Hi. Based on my recent purchase of a shower screen deflector I can only say the service and quality of the product delivered was or is excellent. Delivery was late but I was informed of this and an apology was given. Can’t fault the price or the quality of the deflector.

Do Not Use This Company

Before you read my main review, please do your homework before purchasing from this company type into Google the following “reviews.io aquabliss” and “aquabliss darlington” to see other reviews on this company.

We purchased the Reflex standing cloakroom vanity unit and less than 6 months since it was installed the unit has already started to split in various places. We called the customer service team who told us that the person who deals with these issues doesn’t take calls or make outbound calls, so we must email them. We sent emails and the response was that it was our fault as we hadn’t installed it correctly as we hadn’t used silicone when setting the sink on top of the unit despite the instructions not mentioning this. The unit has split at the top, but also in two further places at the bottom of the door so I’m not sure how silicone would have prevented this from happening, unless I was meant to paint the entire unit in silicone.

They are no longer responding to our emails, when you call they can't help and just take a message, but no one ever gets back to us. I would recommend you don’t use them and spend a bit more money with a more reputable supplier.

Avoid this company

As others have said, please avoid this company. I ordered a toilet from them, the same as the one I was replacing as it's compact and matches the rest of the bathroom. I had to contact them to ask when it would be delivered as I'd heard nothing after ordering and it eventually arrived 2 and a half weeks after ordering. When it arrived I checked the packaging and the name and picture on the box were the toilet I'd ordered. When the plumber unpacked it, it was very different to the toilet I'd ordered, but as he'd removed the old toilet I had no choice but to let him fit it. I contacted Aquabliss and they asked me to send a photo, which I did. I contacted them again a week later as I'd heard nothing from them and they said they'll get a manager to look into it and respond ASAP. That was over a week ago and no response from them. It's clear they are not going to do anything to resolve my issue. I've been advised to contact Trading Standards and I suggest that others who've been treated badly by Aquabliss do the same, they should not be allowed to continue treating customers so badly.
