Disliked the very narrow flexible pipe 22mm fittings supplied for a large water softner the same size pipe can be supplied with a larger flexible pipe but with the same 22mm fittings

Having been a trade customer for over 30 years, a little disappointed that an order was taking 2 weeks for delivery.....then when it did not arrive, I called and was told it would be another 2 weeks!!!So I said I would cancel and go elsewhere.Then after the weekend, I called to speak to Customer Services manager to tell them of my experience and she said the order was being despatched that day!,,and could not explain why I had been told a completely different date.....
The items arrived...let’s hope my next experience is not so difficult.....

I contacted Aqua Cure to confirm the availability of a kitchen tap before placing an order.

However, right after making the payment, I received notification that the item was, in fact, not in stock.

This marks the second instance of a company failing to meet my expectations in the search for the same tap.

It seems that certain companies prioritize securing payment over ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction.

Ordered a new tap as the other one is to short, standard delivery took a week, no pipe attached as I was told,no problem so I ordered a pipe, paid for first class delivery and this took over a week, have yet to fit it all yet !
