Quick delivery, easy process
We were able to get exactly what we wanted online. The suggested products were actually selling points - the lid assist and steps make it an experience! The process of ordering it, and it being delivered (via a distribution center) was clear and easy. I received emails of what to expect and there were no delays. I think it was about 7 days, including the Christmas holiday. I called the phone number (very clearly posted on the outside of the tub) when it was delivered to ask a question and I got through quickly and was assisted appropriately. No complaints at any step in the process!

Overall, extremely satisfied.
Positives. Customer service was great. Love the chat feature ( very responsive and professional) Would purchase from them again, but i hope i don't have to. Lol.
The only negative is that the manual covers multiple Spas for the Daydream collection. I had to YouTube and use customer chat for clarification. We couldn't find the drain plug forever, Also, the delivery was quick but the transportation part didn't go as expected they were supposed to call and set up an appointment. Instead, they kind of surprised me with it's coming today. (Within a week of purchase) Be aware. Probably the fault of the delivery company.
That being said, all is done and the spa is gorgeous. These brands are lighter weight but the construction is very sturdy. Everything works perfectly.

I am sorry for the poor communication from the freight company, and I do hope it did not cause any issues...but that is wonderful that everything else is as expected or better!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues. It seems we talked with about troubleshooting with the manufacturer; however, we have not received any follow since then. The critical components are all replaceable and repairable, so if you are having specific issues we are glad to try to help troubleshoot.
It may simply be you need a tech, since you are out of your warranty; however, most repairs are relatively simply. If you can provide any insight as to how the mfg directed you, we may be able to provide further assistance.
With a little maintenance, your spa should last for years and years...most of the components are expected to have about a 4-5 year life before needing replacements parts.

I ordered the DayDream 3500S spa plus the Ensemble. I opened the package today. It is missing the spa cover. I have contacted support. Their response is the shipping company lost it? They are trying to deal with the shipping company. I the mean time I can't use the spa until I get the cover. Aquarest has not offered me any solution to make this right.
AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Credit Cards have a limit on a daily amount. YOu need to add the ability to bill 1/2 now and 1/2 a day later or the ability to use 2 cards on the order.

We can provide the option for splitting between two cards; however, we have to process them manually and not through the website. As for the daily limit, a simple call to your bank and they will temporarily raise your limit for the desired purchase.

We’ve had so much trouble with the Aquarest spa and we’ve only had it three years. It took three months to find the source of a leak; surprisingly it was a crack in the hard shell. Under warranty they will send you a new shell, but you have to change it out by yourself! We’ve had to replace our control panel because of chipmunks, but this new one is nothing but trouble, sending all kinds of error messages.
The only serviceman we could find was an hour and a half drive away. He tried to help by phone, but suggested - as he tells his other Spa customers - that we tip it on its side and roll it out to the curb!

I am sorry to hear you have issues with your spa. I am cannot do anything about critters in the wiring, and it is very rare to find a crack in the shell.
I have never had any experience with a shell warranty other than the manufacturer swapping the damaged spa for a new one. It still requires curbside pick up and delivery, and there may be some freight costs.
I hope that AquaRest has been able to resolve the shell issue.
It can be difficult to find quality repair techs, because they tend to be very busy. I appreciate your feedback, especially noting that it might be worth finding potential technicians before you purchase.
