Several jets never orked and were of a different type than the others. When I called customer service they said that the company sometimes "tests' differnt jet models. I would have to do an involved cleaning of the pumps to fix it myself, which I couldn't. So now we have one chair that never worked.
A head cushion fell off on another chair and they sent me some prongs to fix it, but were impossible to install. I gave up and had to make do.

I am very sorry to hear about your shell issues with multiple tubs. I have only ever seen one out of thousands of these spas with a crack in the shell, and the manufacturer has resolved it instantly. I have never seen a customer get two with a crack, but the 5-year shell warranty should resolve any verified cracks in the shell!

Questions prior to my purchase were answered quickly and clearly. The hot tub arrived in a timely manner and is in good working condition. Be aware that the hot tub is not put in place at delivery. It is delivered to the curb only. I missed that important bit of information which I'm sure was my mistake, but it's good to know in advance as these tubs are hundreds of pounds. We got around this by offering the delivery guys cash to move into our backyard and onto the base we'd had built. We're very happy with the purchase and are soaking almost every day. Would definitely recommend AquaRest.

All of our covers are ordered by model and created by the OEM producer. If you ever have questions, our team is available to call, email, or livechat before you order...even after in some cases.
You can always send us a photo of your serial number plate and we can should be able to identify exactly what you need. We can always help you contact the manufacturer to verify the correct item based on your spa serial number (we have the serial # on file if you purchased the spa from us).
