Plants were a lot bigger than I was expecting. They did take longer to get here after being shipped and were very warm after opening (>5mins after delivery). 8 or 9 days after ordering before shipped. 3 days to get from FL to AR.

I received very bad plants, emailed to request a refund and still have not heard back from anyone!

They delivered quickly, and the notifications for delivery were helpful.

Like the large varieties of plants available at this store. All arrive healthy and look super in my tank.

my folk, I put by mistake the same billing and shipping address, 10 minutes later I sent an email to the contact information with the correct address to deliver , try to call, no answer , they still sent it to the wrong address, horrible customer service

It took mine a week to be shipped but thats understandable to give the plants the best chance for survival. they ship out early the following week, this ensures they dont get stuck over the weekend. I ordered 4 plants. two had some melt and could be a bit fuller but the other two were very full and had multiple plants in the pot. the staurgyne repens gave me 2 or 3 pots worth out of one. the pink flamingo crypt had one plant with 2 leaves with some melt but the plant was healthy enough to bounce back immediately. already have a new leaf about a week in with no c02. All plants were healthy, survived and now thriving.

great company, all of my plabts have arrived in amazing and healthy condition, my only complaint would be the amount of time between ordering and shipping, i live only a few hours away but it ends up taking 5 or 6 days to get 4 plants to my house

Great customer service, communication and products.

Plants shipped per the schedule on the website. They arrived protected with padding and not a wilted leaf among them in 90 degree heat. All the stem plant bunches were at least 6" tall and thriving in under a week. They even sent two free plants

Awesome plant, fast delivery

I placed an order Wed. I called and emailed Sunday and Monday to see if my plants would be on the Tue ship date. (Plants are collected Monday and shipped Tue/Wed/or Thur. You could contact the shop before harvest date to confirm or change ship date per their policy.)

I didn’t hear back until Thursday. I was told they shipped the day prior and would arrive Friday. They did not arrive til Monday. The message I recovered from USPS said they actually shipped Thursday.

About 1/2 of the plants were brown and mushy. All jungle vale and all the grass. The moss balls and other plants were fine.

I immediately emailed them including pictures per their online policy (within two hours of receipt) and did not get a reply. Hopefully I can get a return with PayPal. 100$ for mushy plants.

Plants were in very good shape, & were packaged well enough to arrive healthy despite a two day delay from UPS's ineptitude. Great selection as well; already formulating a second order.
