I placed a negative review here which I have deleted. It was based on a misunderstanding and was more severely worded than was necessary. While there was a communications failure here - something for which I am at least partly responsible - it did not merit a public reprimand, and certainly not the one star downgrade. Mistakes happen and it's no good ruining a good relationship over it. Aquarium Plants has never really disappointed me, and I hope to remove the bad impression I made on anyone who may have seen the review. I am making this statement as a token of good faith that I wish for my relationship with Aquarium Plants to endure. I do honestly believe they do their best, and I extend my apologies.

This is the second year I have ordered waterlilies and water plants from Aquariumplants, because all the plants and lilies I have ordered arrive fresh and very healthy and very well packaged. The plants grow up and bloom, bringing beauty to my Koi pond.

Excellent service, excellent plants! I have purchased plants from this vender twice before, going back nearly twenty years, and had great results. After several years hiatus from the hobby, I tried two other sellers and had to redo everything. I will only buy from this company!

I bought several things, money changed hands, didn’t get the items, 8 days went by, no communication no items. I emailed and was ignored two or three times but then I got a phone call. Guy said he’s sending it out. I don’t know if he got my order and ignored me or what but I paid for two day expedited mail and he didn’t apologize or offer my shipping money back ($9.99). Just checked on my address. I’ve used them before and got some yuck snails in the plants. Still not sure what to do about that.
