Very good experience with Aquatropics London. The order arrived when they said it will, despite not getting an email saying it’s on the way, first thing in the morning, by 08:00 AM. The parcel was very well wrapped with labels on it for “live fish”, no leaking bags, extinguished example of American Cichlids which are doing fantastic. Overall, great service! Well done.

Discus fish arrived healthy,well packaged with heat pads in the 3 bags and wrapped in foil,would definitely recommend

Hermit crabs

They arrived safely packaged and on the date they said they would arrive. Also got a nice selection of different ones. Very happy with the service and will absolutely use them again if we are in the market for something they stock.

I had 2 vampire crabs from you and I absolutely love them thank you we named them mr and mrs crabs lol and delivery was brilliant really quick and they were really protected thank you again

Was very pleased with the service. I ordered 3 hermit crabs, they responded to my emails and answered my queries quickly and we're very helpful after the initial purchase. They were sent well packaged and arrived safely and active from was delivered a week earlier than originally planned which was much appreciated, I will definitely use them again in the future

Ist time I've ordered from this company and would highly recommend them. All my aquatic creatures arrived safe and well packaged amd have adapted well to their new homes

The company emailed me back to say they’re refunding my order, and have taken my concerns about using Royal Mail to ship live animals. I still wouldn’t use this company again however.

I ordered 6 chilli rasboras which when arrived (took 2 weeks to ship), came via Royal Mail and nothing on the box to say it had live animals inside, except a measly fragile sticker on one side. This is because Royal Mail does not allow live animal transit! And postage costs £20… what for?? Then when I opened the box I had 3 dead fish and they weren’t even the ones I ordered!! They’ve sent me Pygmy rasboras or something, but they’re definitely not chilli’s. The only contact details I found was a WhatsApp number so I texted it. Of course there has been no reply and I’m not expecting one. THIS COMPANY IS NOT A LEGIT ONE! And they clearly don’t care about animal welfare or customer service. So sad. Those poor fish.

First time ordering fish online. They had exactly what I was looking for. Everything was straightforward. The packaging is 10/10. All the fish are alive and well and they all look very healthy. I will definitely buy again!

Fish arrived very safely packed with little heat packs to keep them warm. Fish are happily settled into tank. Arrived on date stated.

Extremely well packed, with little heaters to keep the fish at a good temperature during transition. Fish were very content and didn’t seem stressed at all.

They are very happy in the tank.

There was a slight mix-up with my order. This was resolved quickly in a friendly, efficient manner. In a gesture of goodwill, Aquatropics gave me two extra fish. Most unexpected.

Shipping took quite a while but fish arrived fine, would definitely order again, beautiful fish.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. I ordered 5 guppies (4 males and a female) from them in early December I think. Due to a delay in the postal network which was not Aquatropics’s fault, they didn’t want to send them to me being on the Isle of Arran. I thought it would be fine as I have ordered fish from England before and I thought the weather would be the only issue with the post getting here. Then I forgot about Christmas post delays. My fault! Anyways about a week later they arrived. I opened the package expecting to find dead guppies. All five fish looked absolutely fine. I introduced them to my guppy colonies. Best packaging I have ever seen for fish! A polystyrene box on the outside followed by a survival foil blanket, bubble wrap a heating pad and loads of newspaper as well as 2 fish bags. A month on and all of the guppies I received from them are absolutely fine and the female just released about 50 fry yesterday for the first time.

Fish arrived healthy,alot of care was taken to keep them warm on there journey , price was very good and there range of animals is very good

Corydoras arrived healthy, they easily settled in with the other Corydoras, swimming about in their new home.
The only thing that I would suggest is to use tape saying Fragile Live Fish so that the delivery person are aware.
