Jack from Aquevo attended my property today and did an outstanding job of professionally rodding my pipes to remove a blockage using equipment designed specifically for the job. Whilst working he was courteous, friendly and provided evidence of what he'd done to resolve my issues. First rate job, by a first rate engineer. If you ever read this Jack ... Thank you.

The plumbers from this company turn up at your house without giving any notice. Yesterday, he was ringing the buzzer a few times - he eventually got into the building as a resident from one of the other apartments must have let him in. He then proceeded to knock on my front door loudly, sounding desperate to come in. I also saw him taking photos of my front door. I have two little ones and don’t want people turning up unexpectedly banging on the front door. I’m sure the plumbers have a mobile phone and can contact clients to ask us when we are available.
On a separate note, the building manager from my apartment building complex sent a plumber round (from this same company) to fix a leak in my bathroom that seems to be causing problems for the residents living in the downstairs apartment. He came to “fix” this issue over a month ago. After doing a check of the bathroom sink, he claimed that “the tap needs changing as it’s old” (the tap was almost brand new). My husband spoke to him over the phone to say that the tap is only a month old and that there must be something else causing the leak. He didn’t want to listen and insisted that the tap needs to be changed. Now, I’m being bombarded with different plumbers from this company ringing my doorbell practically every other day. There’s been 4 different plumbers trying to access my apartment in the space of just over a month. If you can’t get the job done right the first time, then don’t come back to bother me again and again! I don’t entertain time-wasters!

Had a toilet blockage at a community centre, aquevo visited on Friday and the visit was less than 10 minutes as they said everything was fine, the day after again the blockage persisted. Call them again on Monday, the employee visited the issue again and said what happens next. Both visits lasted less than 10 minutes and we are being charged full price. Terrible service

Kyle came and fixed my neighbour’s blocked overflow in their bathroom above my flat, which had leaked water. He was friendly and polite and worked very quickly to fixed the problem. He came back down to me to give me an update before he left, excellent service

Aquevo are the weekend call-out company for our residential block. I called them on a Saturday, midday. I didn't have to wait long for an answer.
The man I spoke to was polite and helpful. All I had to do was send an email with our details.
In under 2 hours, a two-man team came round.
The guys were fast, efficient, and polite. Had the blocked drain problem sorted in about 30mins and also cleaned up all the mess which had been caused by the blockage.
Excellent 5 STAR service.

Tommy arrived on time, and cleared up the drains quick and with dedication. Explained the issue and ran the necessary drain jets through the system to ensure the drains were clear. Thanks Tommy, top work!

Driver of their company vehicle,Henry,caught on dash cam a road collision where a motorcyclist hit my vehicle on a roundabout while I was turning right,proving I was indicating,he sent me the footage and I now have the evidence the motorcyclist was at fault

I've been meaning to write a deserving 5star review after multiple times receiving regular help and guidance from Dean who is always polite and understanding he quickly dispels any worry's or concerns helping me manage the upkeep of my multiple business sites quickly and causing the least possible distruption to services in the process. Thank you to you and your team for the continued excellent response and always effective repairs

Awful company of cowboys.
Do not touch them, did a really bad job on fixing my drainage, substandard parts, stole from the site and then refused to finish the job. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

Had a major issue with the drainage in my flat. Billy and Ronnie were both fantastic. Arrived quickly even though it was Sunday. The job seemed to be quite tricky but they didn't give up until it was sorted and had to try several different solutions. Friendly and helpful. Aquevo bosses- THEY DESERVE A PAY RISE!!! Thank you so much.
