Chris and Amy have been an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. We went up to the showroom where Chris & Amy helped us with everything from sizing, to fabric texture and our endless colours swatches!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality, made to order sofa <3 Their customer service and personal input has been absolutely amazing, topped off with Chris taking the time out of his weekend to deliver on a Sunday. Thank you so so much both!

We were close to ordering the Cuddlemuffin soda from Loaf, before coming across Arabella Designs. After speaking with Chris, we went over to visit him and Amy in their showroom. Very friendly and knowledgable, an altogether a pleasant experience.

We ordered the Cloud sofa which was delivered in 8 weeks, well before the Christmas deadline. It feels like exceptional quality and was fantastic value compared to comparable products on the market.

Chris and Amy deserve credit for developing a product and service that both rivals and surpasses the major brands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you are in the market for a luxury sofa.

We travelled a 200-mile round trip to visit Chris at the Arabella Designs workshop and showroom — and we’re so glad we did. It gave us a real insight into what Chris could create for us.

We ended up combining two of his sofas into one bespoke design and chose the feather cushions. Chris did warn us that they require a bit of maintenance, and he was right — a weekly session of taking the cushions off and giving them a good bash has basically saved me £40 a month on a gym membership! 😂

Chris kept us updated throughout the whole process and even delivered and set everything up himself. The service was exceptional from start to finish.

We now have a beautiful bespoke corner sofa, a footstool, and a matching dog bed. If I ever need another sofa, Chris and Arabella Designs will be my go-to — but the quality is so good that this one will probably last me a lifetime.

I was a bit nervous ordering a sofa made to order, but couldn’t justify Loaf prices, which was the only sofa I had found I truly loved. Amy & Chris offered a personal service, sent loads of fabric samples & sourced what I was looking for. They communicated throughout, Chris delivered our beautiful sofa today, it is identical to the one I wanted & beautifully made & great quality at a fraction of the price. We are so pleased with our beautiful cloud corner sofa. Everyone who sits on it is instantly in love! We encountered an issue with the material, and James sorted it out immediately and even came and fitted the new covers himself!

The samples I requested arrived very quickly and the quality is good.
A week later I received an email asking if I had received and if I needed any help. I was concerned about the size of sofas as the turn into my hall through front door, is very tight, but was assured the sofa can be made to measure.
I now plan on visiting the showroom in the new year.

Very very happy with our two sofas. Delivered on time and look great Chris was amazing. He goes the extra mile to please his customers.

Ordered fabric samples, they arrived promptly.
Really didn’t like that they then tried to ring me *and* messaged me (via text) to follow up. Felt pushy and intrusive.
If I want to order, I’ll get in touch myself. Don’t appreciate companies calling or texting at all.

I was a bit apprehensive when I started chatting to Chris about what I would like in my sofa… it all seemed a little too good to be true. The communication was exceptional and within an hour of contact I had my design drawn out. Amy was quick to send out fabric samples and when I couldn’t decide sent more next day. I was still nervous having not actually seen a product but trusted the reviews and I honestly am so glad I did. Chris and Amy are so easy to talk to you and I really did have a few wobbles as have never experienced customer service so good (still thought to good to be true) however every question answered every concern met with a solution. I’m now sat one the warmest, cosiest sofa that fits beautifully in my room. It’s everything I wanted and more. Thank you so much. I will be recommending you to everyone and most definitely coming back for more!

Friendly, efficient service

Chris and Amy provided an excellent service helping me to come to the right decision on size and colour on my dream sofa.

Although not eveything went quite to plan they ensured that they resolved all issues in a professional & efficient manner. Their customer service really does stand out especially as a small business.

Having been looking for a sofa for many months I chanced upon Arabella Designs advert on Facebook. It was a "Eureka" moment as at last a company that was UK based with the exact design of sofa i had in my minds eye. The choice of quality bespoke size and luxurious materials did not disappoint. After requesting several samples which arrived quickly I decided on the large cloud sofa in Vintage blue . Chris the Director of the company kept In contact via email answering my queries at all times . Both late in the evening and the early mornings including the weekend. Incredible service. I am now excitedly waiting for delivery of my chosen sofa to be delivered at some point in the next 8 weeks . I shall update once delivered. UPDATE .
I have received my sofa, there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery chap which was quickly remedied by emailing chris ( the Director) directly.
He resolved the issue immediately. I couldn't be happier with my sofa and the after sales . I whole heartedly reccomend Arabella designs so much so that I shall be a return customer for a sofa bed to match my sofa . The quality is second to none as is the after sales support .

I received my Cloud sofa today. It looks and feels amazing and the customer service was incredible through the entire process from first expressing my interest and ordering my free fabric samples all the way up to it being hand delivered by Chris himself.
