Our order is running late as I'm writing this and I've tried to contact customer support many times but no answer. Updates come a long way and this is an awful experience.
Update: the flowers arrived under great condition but no teddy bear was included as ordered but I will be refunded for that amount.
In all, customer service is very slow in responding and providing updates. Also, don't expect same day service as advertised. Do your best to plan in advance.

devastating experience. Arabian Flora delivered a surprised flowers to my girlfriend's birthday one day before. Instead of 29/01/2026 flowers delivered on 28/01/2026. Don't ever trust Arabian Flora. They can destroy your dream.

As clarified during our call, your order was scheduled for delivery on 29th January 2026. While orders are normally sent to florists a day in advance for preparation, the florist in Bahrain mistakenly delivered the arrangement early on 28th January 2026 before we could notify you. To make things right, we offered a complete redeliver on the correct date, but this was declined. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.
I had 12 roses delivered to Cyprus
I had 12 roses delivered to Cyprus. They were delivered on time exactly at the right place and they do it delivered. 24 Long stem beautiful roses. The roses have lasted two weeks and they have been absolutely amazing. I will never hesitate to use this company again excellent value for money.

I needed to send some flowers from the UK to Turkey
I needed to order some flowers from the UK to be delivered to Turkey and wasn't quite sure how complicated the process would be. I came across Arabian Flora based in Istanbul and chose the bouquet I wanted from there website. As soon as I'd ordered at 7.00pm UK time on a Sunday night I received a reply confirming my order. The following morning around 6.30am UK time they confirmed the flowers were being dispatched and thanked me for my custom. Within a couple of hours I received a photo from the recipient thanking me and showing me the beautiful bouquet she had received. This service has cost me no more than if I'd sent the flowers to a local UK. An excellent service and my family and I will definitely be using Arabian Flora again.
