I had a wonderful experience with Arabian Flora. I sent flowers to my friend in Bahrain and everything went perfectly. Their team was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly when I reached out by email. The arrangement was beautiful, the delivery was smooth, and my friend absolutely loved the flowers.
I’m genuinely happy with their service and will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended!

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with eBay.

I purchased a product (Sandhi Sudha oil) that was advertised as 100% original, but when it arrived, it was clearly fake and unsafe to use. I opened a case with eBay and followed all the steps they asked.

Instead of protecting me as a buyer, they made the process extremely complicated:
• They asked me to calculate international return shipping costs myself and share my PayPal ID with the seller.
• This is unsafe, unprofessional, and unfair, why should the buyer carry all the burden when the seller sent a fake product?
• I insisted on a prepaid return label (which is a normal standard with professional platforms), but they kept pushing me to use PayPal.

After many back-and-forth emails, eBay finally refunded my money, but right after that, they suspended my account. So basically, for asking for my rights as a buyer and refusing unsafe practices, they punished me.

This is unacceptable and shows zero professionalism. Other platforms (like Lazada, Amazon, etc.) handle returns smoothly: they send a courier to pick up the product and refund immediately. With eBay, I had to fight for weeks just to get my money back, and then they closed my account as if I did something wrong.

I will never shop on eBay again, and I strongly advise others to be careful. If you ever face a problem, don’t expect fair support.
