I rang about renewal and had a query about the quote I'd received. Hazel (Tynan) had a look at it for me, and ensured I got the best rate possible. She was extremely helpful, polite and easy to deal with. I came away very happy with the interaction we had, excellent customer service.

Hazel Tynan, who dealt with my query was most helpful and greeted me in a very friendly manner. She immediately put me at ease in relation to an issue I had, with my motor insurance renewal. She dealt with me efficiently, courteously and in a very professional manner.
