After an initially slow start , where my solicitor was changed , which was quite unsettling, Alice took on the case and was brilliant, she was honest and guided me through everything and made every far less stressful

Initial communications were not very joined up, we were assigned a paralegal who then immediately went on annual leave without us knowing and so missed appointments with us. Once we were finally assigned an associate to look after our case the service was much improved. Our dealings with Leanne Giblin has been excellent. She has been a wonderful help with our case. She has been understanding, empathetic and knowledgable. We are very grateful for her help during a very stressful time.

Worst legal firm I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was forced to used them through my legal expenses insurer, but after a year since I made my initial, very straightforward claim against a creditor no progress had been made at all. All of the staff dealing with the claims are not even qualified lawyers. Don't be fooled into thinking a qualified solicitor is going to be working on your case. I have now fired them and will make the claim myself.

Update following response from ARAG Law - their response fails to mention that my complaint was upheld by them, but even after that they still failed to correct the issues I raised which is why I then fired them.
