In an era where online shopping is more than ever a thing, it is sad to report that the courier services to support this is appalling. Advised that my package was coming on Fri 27th but never showed up. Using tracking number the message was "your package was unable to be delivered" although no other details as to WHY! The "new chum" with an unpronounceable name probably ran out of time. This also happened on a previous time when it was a Friday delivery and when I queried it I was told that they only work Mon to Fri so next delivery slot was the following Monday! However, after having to buy prescription cat-food from my local vet to feed my cats, the delivery was made along with a second parcel from another source. One box was half open and the other showed signs of having been crushed. I am told that these delivery vehicles are all franchisee owned. What a cushy number! Deliver when you feel like it but only on Monday to Friday. There exists a real opportunity for an entrepreneur to enter this business and kill this incompetent and unworthy so called delivery courier company. No a name change doesn't fix this. Delivering parcels is not hard yakka. Buck up guys and gals or you will drive customers away and you will be without a job.

The chances that you will be satisfied with Aramex are almost impossible! Out of near 2000 review, there are only a couple of positive ones and they are not ashamed to reply and write to send them info and that they will investigated! You won't investingate anything, you don't try to be better, you DONT CARE! People who work at the call center, can do nothing but leave notes that the drivers never read, can't call them, or can't help in any other way. Australia should have put a lock on all your depot a long time ago! You are a big shame and scam! Your score would be 0.2 ⭐ but a review cannot be written with 0 Stars this why your score are 1.2. Close that nonsense, you will ruin other business, people will not buy from those who have a package delivery contract with you.If you were to do an investigation for everyone who has problems with you, you would need a huge team of experts working 24/7. You are not capable of delivering a parcel from suburb to suburb, and how do you think you are going to investigate? If the parcel has to be picked up at your depot miles and kilometers away, why is it being sent at all, in that case we could take the parcel from the sender ourselves and not wait for weeks for it to be delivered between two suburbs an hour apart and in the end be lost and left at another address or stolen by your drivers who take fake pictures from the van that they delivered the parcel! And I don't understand how you are not ashamed to answer all these reviwes apologizing for all the trouble we went through because of your NO service, yet to offer false investigations? And please, do not replay on my review, I really don't need your fake investigation!

Every time I see a parcel is being delivered by Aramex I expect serious problems. Their website says you can contact the local depot but the depot phone number goes to a call centre who are absolutely useless. Having missed their delivery by 10 minutes I rescheduled the delivery for 2 days later (today). I can't afford to sit around all day waiting so I check their website and it says 9am at my suburb. So I ring the contact number provided (allegedly the local depot) and get their call centre. The lady says the parcel is out for delivery but can't give a time frame (between 9am and 5pm) even though their website says my suburb is 9am. I ring back 20 minutes later and another person says the parcel is NOT out for delivery and can't tell me when it will be sent. Most reputable courier will take to local post office and you can collect from there but not Aramex. Their website says I can call the depot and arrange to go pick it up but again can only contact the call centre (who have no idea) and they tell me they will contact the depot and HOPEFULLY someone will eventually let me know if I can pick it up there (as it allegedly hasn't been sent out to my address today and has been there for a few days). I have lost hundreds of dollars over the last year or so with similar issues, only with Aramex. ****** Additional - I told them to text me when the parcel could be picked up at their depot and NOT email me as I would not be near a email most of the time. They checked my phone number and read the WRONG number to me. I asked if they were even looking at the right mail item and then she read me the CORRECT phone number. They said they would get back to me shortly (have said that on other occasions and never got back to me). 2 hrs later they EMAILED me, not texted me. So I made a 35km round trip to pick up the parcel. I expect to get the same worded response that all the thousands of other negative reviews receive which will come to nothing but these are clearly cases where 1. Call centre staff are idiots, OR 2. Call centre staff are incompetent, OR 3. Call centre staff don't give a F.. or ALL of the 3. The guy at the depot apologised but admited your systems are NOT GOOD . massive understatement.

The worst delivery experience ever, hopeless communication, still don't have my parcel, I asked for evidence of the attempted delivery because I was home with the front door wide open ? ..the photo they supplied was not my house, a photo of the street down the road, no house even in the photo, but yet they told me too bad, I will have to collect from the airport depot which is far away even though I paid for delivery to me, they messed up going to the wrong address but took no responsibility and just said to bad.
Said it was my fault for not replying to the calling card ! (that was left at wrong address)

Absolutely the worst company to deal with my suggestion is close this company.

My two parcels not picked up for a week. Parcels were to be delivered from one Sydney suburb to another Sydney suburb. After two weeks of no delivery for either parcel, and endless enquiries that never provided any info as to my shipments status after the promised 48 hour response time. After the third week after the delayed pick up and continuous enquiries, Aramex informed me that both parcels were LOST,
Avoid this company. The cheaper cost is not worth the stress and time wasted not to mention the loss of your possessions.

If i could rate this with negative stars I would, not only did I need to fork out money to have my parcel redelivered because they attempted delivery ( fun fact they didn't because I was home waiting for it so nice scam by the way). The re deliver had clear as day instructions with my code to access the building yet some how at 7am they delivered it to the complete wrong building and left it out side for all to take (doesn't add up right why didn't they just do that with the first time of delivery? Like I said nice scam), so failed to follow simple delivery instructions and even deliver it to the right building what a joke. This is the second time this has happen i might add the first time at least it was redelivered to the right building but was also left outside, do NOT use this scam of a service.

More like -100 stars they are very useless rude they don’t care as a business. I would not use them to send stuff. They’re tracking is never up-to-date. The service is horrible. They’re rude. They won’t tell you information. They’ve got an attitude just horrible people to deal with.

Firstly would not accept log-in password - twice. OK next day. Submitted order, paid fee and printed cover label provided.
Still here two days later. S.A. website indicates service number operates 9 - 5. Called at 4:50 to be told 'we are closed'. Times refer to east Coast time. Called next day - 8:30 SA and was told collection could be up to 5:00p.m. Not collected. Weekend passed and parcel is still here at 4:30. Other provides offer same day service across city suburbs.
Two days later

If.you ever get an email from aramex asking for address, dont give them one! immediately contact the sender and get a refund, they will steal your stuff and then say its delivered, when asking for a picture of the delivery like many other users they send a picture of a brown hand holding your parcel inside a truck or delivery centre, not where they actually delivered it to like any other mildly competent courier.....Beware beware beware!

I have been waiting on a delivery for nearly 3 weeks and I have contacted this business up to 4 times to find out where my delivery is. They have been telling me it’s on the next run or we’ll mark it as urgent and you’ll get it asap. I was told this lie last time I made contact 7 days ago. I’m yet to receive it.. Stay away from this company!!
Come to think of it, I don’t understand how such a business like this is still actually operating with below par service like that!!

They were hopeless when they were known as FASTWAY( they weren’t FAST at all) and equally as hopeless now!😡 Left an “attempted delivery” card when I was home, I’m pretty sure they didn’t even knock. What made me even angrier was that the parcel ( medical supplies) was marked OK TO LEAVE. Customer service is non existent! Mind you good customer service is very hard to find these days! Called to find out the whereabouts of my parcel at 8.30am and was told my enquiry was being forwarded to operations and marked URGENT, and they would contact me. Now 4.30pm and still no word😡

Was told delivery today 17th. Waited all day. Kept checking on-line tracking. No updates. At 7.27pm I get an email from ebay saying 'attempted delivery 1.33pm and card left.' - No card left.
This is called Ghosting - when drivers pretend they made a delivery attempt but there is no card, no photo as proof.
Now I have to chase up and we all know what customer service is like with this lot.

This was such an awful experience. The company claimed they tried to deliver twice but were unable to. No calling card left and someone was home each time. Spoke to their escalations team and even paid to change the address. The parcel was delivered to the original address the next day! These guys are a joke. Don't soil your company's reputation by using them for shipping

Unfortunately you cannot rate this Company, Aramex Australia, (formerly Fastway Couriers), a ZERO rating and unfortunately for people in receipt of deliveries Aramex has not improved with just the name change from Fastway Couriers.
Con number/tracking # MP9003851600
this is the 3rd delivery that Aramex was unable to deliver to me..... all issues have been addressed as my PO BOX or Parcel Suite that are both situated on the same premises as the actual post office, after the first and second failed delivery I contacted Amarex's "Customer Service" line and encountered a rude Operator who chided me and said the package was not addressed correctly ans was advised they were "Deliverable" I spoke to the Post Office Branch Manager, trying initially to locate the parcel(s) to no avail, then I verified if they accept packages from Couriers, if the courier can't find the Post suite/Box address at that same premises, I was advised they absolutely do accept parcel/packages over the counter from Couriers .
This 3rd time having contacted their fantastic "Customer Service " line and relaying this delivery failure, I was told again, after recounting my previous issues and I was promptly told the Couriers have been told they can't leave the Parcel as Aust. Post do not accept parcels from couriers, I explained to the operator my verification with the Post Office Manager that they accept packages from couriers, and the CS Reps promptly changed the reason to "It is our policy that drivers are not allow to deliver to a verified PO address....... a load of HUEY !!!
I am in the process of contact all companies that deal with Aarmex that I have order from them to please use an alternate carrier, I know this will probably not change their dealings, but I will certainly not order though any Companies that use Aramex as a carrier in Australia.

Parcel not delivered because the business name was not on the parcel, guess what sherlock, not all parcels are business related but ok, I then had to provide our opening hours, well let me think, the vast majority of businesses run 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, I understand there may be exceptions. Amarex hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, go figure, how about you arrive at 8:00 am, load your trucks and commence deliveries from 9:00 am, then you can tottle off home at 4:00 pm, no time wasted with offshore calls, no delays in deliveries and happy customers..... Ok and the last straw, Amarex then sent me a picture of my parcel and I had to confirm via text, my delivery details AGAIN, but guess what? all the details were on the parcel, my name, the business although a personal purchase, the street address, everything was correct. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.

Why is this so called company still allowed to exist.
Fair Trading should have shut this joke of a company down a long time ago.

6 days to get from Sydney to the central coast, a 1 hour drive. what’s worse is there tracking system as it said, picked up from sender then nothing, no tracking no updates nothing , after numerous phone calls to the so called customer NO service no one could locate my package especially when they are in Philippines, then I get told there are delays in my area and if the package isn’t delivered 10 days after the scheduled delivery date two days ago I can contact them for them to look into it . 6 days later I drove to the central coast depot which is a 2 minute drive the employee checks on the system and says he doesn’t know where it is as there is no tracking up dates only that the driver scanned it after collecting it from the sender, while another employee goes out the back to check if it’s out the back, 5 minutes later he returns with my package stating it was on a truck? . How does this company survive with the poor service they provided, companies using this service provider or lack of should stop so they are forced to close down.
This is the second time I have had a half delivered package by aramex and both time with the same issue no tacking and no one knows where the package is. I can only guess that they are the cheapest service available. I would never use them again and if you are getting something couriered ask the sender if they are using aramex before purchasing because you’ll be lucky if you get your package, pathetic and useless company that shouldn’t be in the business of delivering packages or customer service.
If only you could leave feedback on their website I’d leave them an absolutely glowing testimonial.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Aramex regarding my Temple & Webster order has been an absolute joke. Dealing with this company feels like stepping back into the 1990s, but with worse customer service.
The "Service" Failures:
Impossible Access: They "attempted" delivery while I was at work. Now, they expect me to trek to their depot, which is only open until 5:00 PM on weekdays and closed all weekend. It is physically impossible for a full-time professional to collect a package under these hours.
The Notification Gatekeeping: I know my package is at the depot. The tracking says it's at the depot. Yet, when I tried to collect it, I was told I couldn't have it because I hadn't received their specific "ready for collection" notification. It is sitting in the building, but they’d rather hold it hostage than hand it over.
Redelivery Loop: They won't redeliver unless I can guarantee I'll be home to sign, but they won't provide a specific time window. I shouldn't have to sacrifice a day of annual leave just to receive a box.
Aramex is the weak link in the e-commerce chain. Their business model seems to rely on making the customer do the courier's job. Temple & Webster, for the sake of your customers, please stop using Aramex.
Utterly useless.
