Zane was exstremly professional and came across knowledgeable and sincerley honest. We had several conversations before putting our international flights together. Good service on requested changes to air travel

I purchased round trip business class air through Aran Grant to South Africa. After a few months, I noticed the return airport was different than the one I booked. I contacted Aran Grant and they provided an updated itinerary. There was an additional cost but the itinerary was perfect. I would buy air from Aran Grant again.

Superior, professional, friendly and responsive service by Zane. He addressed all my concerns and throughly explained everything. I had spent over a couple of hours trying to plan this trip when Zane came to my rescue and swiftly handled it all in just a few minutes. Avoid Istanbul (IST) !

Your arrangements were fine, HOWEVER, if any handicap or seniors are routed through IST (Istanbul) I highly recommend they arrange Meet and Assist or else avoid IST entirely! The wheelchair service was abysmal, we were left outside arrival gate with no means to get to either Turkish lounge or departure gate. We were on business tickets with wheelchair assistance clearly identified on boarding passes. I also joined Turkish frequent flier (Miles and Smiles) and repeated phone calls to them were useless, they offered NO help to resolve. We had to walk from one end of IST to the other and we have limited walking ability! No one at that airport were of ANY help, despite repeated requests to various entities. Turkish Air flight was fine, but I would tell anyone to avoid them if it means connecting at IST.

Go elsewhere

First off, the flights and price I found online was not available (according to them) when I called. I went ahead and booked the flights. On my return leg, I was flying from a popular island home and when I received the ticket, I noticed the flight from the island to the mainland was separate so that I had to get my bags and recheck in for the remaining flights. I have never had that issue before but they stated they had no choice. Since then I have had 3 flight or time changes and I still have 45 days until my departure. I receive an email notice that a change was made but to contact the travel agent for specifics. I would think they would be contacting me immediately. Who knows what will happen in that time frame. I will NEVER use them again.

We were able to get excellent business…

We were able to get excellent business class airfare with the help from AranGrant for our trip from US to Japan. I was kind of skeptical initially, based on some of the reviews.
