Strongly advise against using this firm. I instructed them to do a RAPID 5 day bat survey as was time pressured at a premium of £400+ to other providers for the turnaround; turns out the 5days was just for the survey and you wait indefinitely for the results - very misleading booking form. I offered to pay for their standard service as a compromise, but was threatened with court action and sent intimidating communication in the middle of the night so was forced to settle. There are much better priced companies out there with a better service.

I required an Arboricultural survey as part of a planning application. Jonathon provide an excellent professional service. He was extremely knowledgeable and always available to discuss any questions I had. The report was delivered quickly and was very thorough. Fast and efficient service. Rob asked for everything he required and then delivered his report in very timely manner.

The person they sent didn't seem that confident in doing the survey. Having to ask a more experienced person for help. Didn't really cover all the areas we wanted. When I'm paying £1k for surveys I don't expect a trainee.

They also sent me one of there other customers private info in an email which is a breach of GDPR.

I've gone to a local company for the same work doing and would not touch this company again.

I have not had the land very long and have the basics having kept horses for a while but always had to go with where I rented. I had started to do things to encourage wildlife, as once the land is gone you can never get it back, It was great to talk to Merry and get further advice on what to do and how to go about improving the site so every one can live in harmony. I had thought of bird boxes but knew nothing of bat boxes. The idea made me go and read up on bats and the habitats they like. Brilliant! Thank you.

The surveyor was very pleasant and helpful. The survey was delivered in good time and was very detailed.
