Thanks Arbury!

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and far less stressful than I expected from viewing the vehicle online.

A big thank you to Laurence our sales advisor who was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail throughout the process including the short timeframe from viewing to purchase and driving away same day.

Communication was great, and I was kept informed every step of the way during and post purchase.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the car and the service I received. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car buying experience - make sure you ask for Laurence. Great cup of coffee whilst you wait too.

SHOCKING NON SERVICE ARBURY BROMSGROVE

Spent over £40K end of November on 2 Peugeot 208s , one GT and one Allure , phoned today to ask if they can adjust the headlights on the GT , no call back which they promised, so I phoned them again, they want the car for the WHOLE DAY to adjust the headlights 5 minute job , told me I could have a curtesy car for £25 , DISGRACEFUL NO. SERVICE FROM ARBURY BROMSGROVE, WE HAVE HAD YOUR MONEY SO TOUGH LUCK ATTITUDE, WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN, SHOCKING!!!!! Called a local independent garage they will do it for FREE as it only takes FIVE MINUTES , THATS WHAT YOU CALL SERVICE , ARBURY BROMSGROVE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR LOOSE CUSTOMERS

We regret that we did not meet your expectations and understand your frustration at being asked to leave the car all day for what turned out to be a quick adjustment, as well as not receiving the promised callback. We wanted to book a full appointment to properly investigate the issue with your lights rather than assume it was purely an adjustment, ensuring the car would be fixed correctly the first time. The £25 courtesy car charge is to cover insurance; if you had arranged cover through your own insurer, the car could have been provided free. We apologise if this was not clearly explained. We are glad that you have now had the issue resolved, but please feel free to come back to us if it has not been fully resolved.

Really helpful staff

I recently had a great experience working with Sam Tudor while purchasing my car. He was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Sam took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered honest advice without any pressure.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Very professional sales executive in the sales department. Answered all queries.

Staff in the parts department were outstanding. Needed some info on fitting a component and the member of staff researched and provided the relevant information.

The showroom is very tidy and the whole environment very appealing. Well done to the team Top Marks

Dealt with Luke with our purchase and…

Dealt with Luke with our purchase and 100% from the first call all the way to collection of the car and even when we had a small warranty issue it wasn’t a problem and soon resolved even with it also being a used car. It’s clear to see that Luke has a great team that all work hard together for the end result to be the best it can.

Fantastic experience

Josh was an absolute pleasure to meet at Arbury Leamington Spa. He arranged viewing of a vehicle at very short notice and nothing was too much trouble. He was very knowledgable on the car and was even so kind to pick my Partner up from the station. The car is fantastic and we would definitely recommend Arbury Leamington spa.

11 months old from you, Car struggling to get repaired from a fault

My car is a 10 month now 11 months Peugeot E 5008. Since delivered to the branch on the 11th of February I have struggled to get answers. It often takes days to reply. Even now having identified the problem they are struggling to order the correct part At my wits end. I have tried various routes including Peugeot customer care who have given some advice. I also phoned Aubrey leasing and was eventually put through via two switchboards to someone who promised the manager from the branch would phone me back. I received no call. Even at this stage I have no indication of when the car will be repaired. Customer service is a joke.

Mr Dibb, thank you for your comments. Your car was recovered by the RAC to Arbury and it was booked into the workshop the very next day. Your car has a fault with the 12 volt battery, we continued to test the car and after a number of trials over a few days the battery continued to fault, this then allowed us to follow the process for ordering a new battery. We have informed you that the battery is on back order and is still not in stock. Our Service Advisor has kept you fully updated by Phone and Whatsapp during working hours and you have personally spoken to our Master Technician. You are in receipt of the details for the back ordered battery and customer care details.
