I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. I can see that you placed your order on Wednesday 17th April. We shipped this the same day from Melbourne with Australia Post Express. Shipping with Australia Post Express can take 1-5 Business Days (which we mention at the checkout) depending on where you're located. I can see that it was delivered to Cairns on Tuesday 23rd April. So it took 6 days. 95% of our orders are delivered on time, but sometimes things happens and some orders might get delayed. Unfortunately that is out of our control.
I hope to see you back in the future and give us another go.

Not very express.
Materials were ordered on 9th January and express delivery paid for. Was called and told some materials not in stock. Fair enough but still 1 week to receive materials that were in stock after paying for express shipping. Called to say we had moved premises and a change of address. followed instructions told on phone but remaining materials have still been sent to old address. Not that we have received them yet! This is not the first time that items are displayed as being in stock when they aren't and the delivery times are always poor. I have paid less for express shipping for larger items from WA to QLD and received them quicker?

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience ordering from us. I've had a look at your order and I can see that we contacted you regarding us missing 3 packets of red inspection tags of your order of 5 red packets, 4 yellow packets, 3 blue packets and 3 green packets. We explained the situation and apologised for the missing items. We agreed on us sending the items we had in stock and send the backorder items when they arrived to us. We had TNT picking up your order on the 10th January from Melbourne VIC and this was delivered to you on the 12th January. The remaining items was sent out on the 16th January and delivered to the new address on the 19th.
Our express shipping is with Australia Post (1-5 Business Days) and we can't really control that.
I hope to see you back ordering with us again in the future.
