I recently made an order in which one of the shoes was the incorrect size. I reached out to customer service right away to see if we could change the order before it got shipped out. Originally I was told no nothing could be done, but when I asked for someone to get back to me so that we could discuss, the manager reached out and they were able to fix the situation.
All of this took less than 10 minutes, which is unreal. As we know in this day and age customer service can have you waiting for hours, days, months.

This is yet another reason why I love the Archies organization as well as the shoes. I always recommend them because not only are they comfortable but their form fitting.

Lovely colour and fit These flip flops are an absolute dream. The colour is beautiful and perfect for summer. They fit perfectly (size 6 ) and are true to size. So glad I found these as I do have arthritis in my foot so regular flip flops are a no, no. They feel very supportive and super comfy. Customer service and ease of website was great and I received my order within two days. Would highly recommend

I got the flip-flops much sooner than I thought. They looked great and a wonderful new green color. The fit is is so comfortable and great arch support. I love them and they’re well worth the money.

But I’m loving wearing them in the house! Very comfortable. I plan on getting a pair of slides for indoors only. ( can’t wear flip flops with socks!)

The minute you put your feet into them you know you’ve done the right thing they are so comfortable and sturdy and great value for money I will never buy any other flip flops again

Archies are THE most comfortable flip flops I’ve ever owned (I’m 72 yo). Unlike other manufacturers, Archies don’t chafe between your big toe and second toe. Also, everyone can find their favorite color due to the wide assortment they offer.
