Worth the risk! saw the instagram ads for months, but took some research and time to determine these were legit and not a bunch of influencers lying to us. the sandals actually comfortable, durable and high quality and I appreciate they look like a timeless flip flop. I also received the best customer service I think I ever had when I received the wrong size in the mail. Upon contacting them, I had a real human (not AI bot) email me back. Not only did they send me new ones within about 4 hours, they also let me keep the wrong ones sent! This really impressed me and I’ve been quick to share my experience as well as the love for my sandals with lots of friends. Great work Archie’s!!!

I received my pair of Archie’s a few weeks back and love them! But I later realized they accidentally sent me the wrong size. Since I’m a 9 1/2 I upsized to a 10 but received a 9. I didn’t notice for a while since I thought maybe they just fit a little small but when I did notice they were incorrect Paul from customer support fixed the issue right away! And I now have a new pair of size 10s in the mail ☺️ it was a quick and easy process and I will definitely purchase again

These are hands down the most comfortable flip-flops I’ve ever owned. The arch support is amazing, and I can wear them all day without my feet hurting.

I love my archies flip flops, Got two colours and now I want more!!! I wish I would've bought the chili colour, so sad it's not coming back. Also would be nice if they made them with a wider band option. Great arch support, I wear them all the time, I have a pair for home and one for outside. Second pair for outside is on the way.... yeah!!!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received.

I ordered a pair and they claimed to be delivered, but were nowhere. I sent a contact form on the website (normally doomed to be ignored for weeks) and someone got in contact the same day. The issue was resolved and Jenny (the customer support representative) was an utter delight.

I then realised that the fit of the shoe was not quite right (it happens). I spoke to another lovely rep called Paul who asked for photos of the fit and advised me on the best size for me. Another pair is being sent so that I can compare and I will send back the other.

This is how a brand sets the tone for their values and beliefs. This has been an excellent brand interaction and one that will keep me repurchasing and sharing for a very long time!!

It’s also worth saying, even not fitting quite right, the shoes were so bloody comfortable.

They are narrow and the arch support is is the wrong place for me. The soles have poor traction. The one star problem is that cost of returning and getting a refund is outrageous. On a £45 pair it amounts to £14.97

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and the Archies customer support team responded incredibly quickly. They canceled my original order and created a new one with the correct size, making the whole process easy and stress-free.

Archies is one of the best footwear companies I have bought from. They are incredibly quick on despatch and the comfort of flip flops and sliders is amazing. They are my new go to as I have a pair I use as indoor slippers as well as others for outdoor use.

I've always been a flip-flop wearer and then came across Archies. They are fairly pricey but they are totally worth it!! I'd only really worn them once and decided to take the chance and wear them to a festival. I followed advice on how to stretch them a bit and I was on my feet for 15 hours straight and not one ache, nor the next day. Ive got the yellow ones and cleaned them the next day with fairy liquid and they're like new. I'm completely in love and will definitely be purchasing other colours. I'm not really one to write reviews either but they didn't leave me a choice. I had too!! 🥰

As I started aging, I noticed that my arches weren't the Barbie feet they once were and Archie's flip-flops, besides being incredibly comfortable, stretchy,& easy to wear ,have built-in arches so they make it effortless to where your favorite summer flip all the time I replaced my Keens,Crocs, Teva's,& fitflops with Archie's. I have them in six colors and wear them everyday. Couldn't be happier. $40 is a small price to pay for a really comfortable flip you could live in! And their customer service department is second to none. I have ordered a couple of pair by accident and the wrong size and they were wonderful about it. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures but I will.

Archie’s is a fabulous company, not only because of the stellar shoes, but the people who work there as well!
I was having difficulty with ordering a new color during its early access period. The drop was at 3 pm I hadn’t received the link to order, I emailed after about an hour. Okay so now it’s about 4. I didn’t think I would get a response. Actually a few minutes after, I received an email from Ken. He sent me the link and I was able to buy the new color. I was so appreciative with his kindness especially that late in the day! I received the shoes and they are so pretty. A beautiful blue! Thank you Archies!

First time buying from Archie’s. Sadly the size didn’t fit me and the exchanged size wasn’t in stock, so I requested refund which they very promptly responded on, confirmed and processed. To add, the email was friendly and helpful. Really good customer service. Whilst they didn’t have my size I do recommend! My friends rave about their flip flops!

Great flip-flops!
I wore my previous pair for 3 years before they unfortunately broke! I’ve now bought a new pair of Archies and am very happy with them. What’s especially nice is that these flip-flops fit a bit more snugly around your foot, so they don't slip off as easily. Also, there isn't a separate plug/knob on the underside passing through the sole. I think this makes them last much longer, as that was exactly where all my previous flip-flops (including Havaianas) used to break.
My shoe size is usually 37.5 or 38. For Archies, I went with size 38.5 (EU women's), and they fit well. Last time I chose a size smaller—which also worked with my shoe size—but my heel sat right at the very back edge of the flip-flop; it was a tight fit.
If you contact customer service (I had some questions about sizing), they respond quickly and are very helpful and friendly! I’m happy with this company!

Paul, Ian and Aria from the customer service team were exceptional and incredibly kind. Bought the wrong size by mistake while holidaying in AU, and they offered to exchange them with 0 fuss in the UK and were so helpful. Fabulously comfy flip flops and amazing customer service, 5⭐️
