Important gift
The watch I chose was special as it was for an important birthday. The engraving was amazing, I had it done in my own handwriting and it was matched perfectly. It was well presented in a lovely box. It arrived promptly and safely. Ordering was easy, as was sending over the copy of my requested engraving. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for that special gift for an important occasion.

Received a watch as a gift but it runs slow and the watch face does not align with the second hand.

Offered a replacement watch including engraving, happy with response time from their CS, will update review upon receipt of replacement watch.

Received replacement watch promptly, no issues so I am happy with the outcome and would recommend to friends and Family.

Wonderful customer service! Got a fast response to my enquiry regarding my planned engraving.
The watch looks beautiful and masculine, feels and looks high quality. The engraving is on point. Sharp and stands out. My special wishes concerning special symbols were fullfilled.
Shipment was super fast, watch came in a beautiful gift box. My husband hasn't received it yet as his birthday is yet to come but I know he will love this watch and I can't wait to give it to him.

Nice watch and engraving but packaging box quality was not good
The watch is nice and the engraving is very clear. So thank you for that. But the packaging box was not of good quality. A portion of the box is ripping off and most important it was different from what was shown on the product picture on the website. It would be good that what a customer receives should be the same as what shows on the website.

I believe the part you were referring to that was ripping off is the white protective cover (to protect the box from damage in transit). If this is not the case, please let us know & I will get a new watch box sent out at no cost. Occasionally we do use different boxes due to supply & will be updating the website photos shortly. Ordering the customised watch was smooth and efficient. Arrived on time with no issues. The quality of the watches were also very good. I offered them as a gift to my groomsmen and my friends loved them.
