The good news is even though the watch is customised with a name on the back, our 'snap straps' can be changed in less than 1-minute, without any need for tools. Just simply change the strap over to the one you were supposed to order. Hi Andy, happy to look into this for you. I see you placed the order on 29th March (Bank Holiday). With the Monday also being a Bank holiday (1st April), you can likely appreciate Royal Mail do not operate these days. The watch was dispatched on 2nd April, the very next day Royal Mail collects from us. The order was placed with RM48 Tracked, and looking at the tracking details, it was delivered within the correct timeframe. I hope you love the watch and our apologies for the Easter delay. It would be nice if you kindly reflected on your 1-star review.
