Cheat is broken, No refund or help to fix it 6 dollars down the drain for a piece of crap on my pc

Cozydabest offered a discount never said for what product even though I said what I use and prefer then when I was ready to buy he dropped the price by over half and offered it back when I said I’d fill this form out, was helpful finding the form where in the discord said a feature I had an issue with was announced but that was about it.Dylan was also there and only brought the form only so he can get “food” but didn’t help

IGNORE all of the positive reviews. 95% of it are not geniune and were bought within their discord server in one way or another, like their giveaways. Sure they prompt for reviews after support, but those are begged for from simple tasks and their support teams litterally say "please leave a review so I can get a promotion".

Not sure where to begin my infuriating many months of experience with them. This company is absolutely unprofessional and run by typical kids. Their support and founder is extremely immature, toxic and condescending. Whenever you open a ticket, unless it's a basic question, it is never answered. I constantly had many many tickets closed without an answer. Especially important billing/licensing questions.

They are growing and garnering reviews through sheer paid campaigns (just see their discord) and contest with another young teens. Their cheats are poorly coded and have a high degegree of getting you banned compared to other providers. I tested this many times with 3 accounts, spoofers etc and all got banned. They blame you in the end also without providing much guidance, saying you did something wrong when you did not. Their cheats are suspicious to take over your system too (beyond the norm processes of using cheats).

Overall, go try a different provider and community that's a lot more mature, professional, helpful and dependable.

BE A WISE CONSUMER and only pay attention to the negative reviews. Positives for any company are never the true story.

The products are good but I been waiting since the 12 for my giveaway key and now I won another and they skipped over my ticket and they closed my original one and my one trying to get access to the chat the support is bad but the products are EDIT nvm I got banned while using a r6 cheat on a account worth 300$

got banned on both siege and rust using this cheat, i dont know why i gave it another chance after getting banned on rust but i did, my fault. they are detected. I am on a brand new computer and fresh accounts aswell, i bought a 30 day key of prime siege, to load up to my game telling me im banned after using a 1 day key of prime the day before.

Slimee was responding my ticket i ask how to doo something and after 2h he said yeah

Had to wait 39 hrs until my ticket was answered. Was given a satisfactory answer by slimee

when I tried to download it said that my file has 2 trojans and I didn't redownload because I obviously don't want to get hacked, will I?

Inferno for 7 days
I got Inferno for 7 days, but it didn't work. The game crashed, the GPU load dropped to 250-300, and I got 2-5 fps. After I had to open a ticket for the second time because my first one was simply closed, Slime and Dylan said it wasn't working at the moment. It's not a big deal, things like that can happen. I suggested getting a 7-day Prime subscription instead because it costs exactly the same, but they rejected it on the grounds that I had already used the Inferno key, which makes no sense at all. Sure, I had already used it, but it doesn't work! I asked when Inferno would be working again and whether I would get compensation, and my ticket was closed for the second time. Conclusion: They don't give a damn about their customers or their customer support. 0/10 I have asked for help several times and offered suggestions but in the end I just get ripped off🤷🏻‍♂️

I just wanna say a big thank you to 717 MUST and Leo suport cuz you really helped me out alot. When I was tryin to use inferno it kept crashin and I was gettin real mad and upset. I didnt even think it could be fixd cuz stuff was down at the time but you still went and made it work better. Thats really cool and I apreciate it so much. Not alot of ppl would even bother helpin when somethin is broke like that but you did and it means alot to me. Now I can acctually use it without it blowin up my whole game lol. Thanks again 717 suport your awesome and I definetly wont forget it!

dylan and moh are super fast to respond and really good to help out with what tool is good for your play style. 10/10 they responded really quick in tickets.
