Shashank and Bianca are a great team! They provide excellent service and their communication is very good. They even provided better rate then what was promised earlier. Overall stress free during the whole process and very professional. Will be going back again whenever I require their services again.

Though Shashank at the end helped close the loan on time by pulling extra strings, overall experience working with one of his staff was stressful. Too many times I had to follow up on errors observed in documents without successful resolution until the very end. I was told that the insurance I had purchased was incorrect after about a month just 2 days before closing. I didn’t know the amount required at closing until evening before the closing day. I have had closed mortgage loans before but this was by far the most unprofessional experience.

Shashank and team represent the pinnacle of integrity in lending, efficiency in processing and most diligent in their operation. My words does not do enough justice to the exemplary service provided by Arcus Lending. The minimum I could say is THANK YOU!!
They got us a mortgage loan in record time in April, 2018 when the market was red hot and then refinanced our loan to a lower rate the moment the rates were conducive. The best part, I didn't even need to request for refinancing. Their office is constantly on the look out to save money for their clients.

Arcus Lending was recommended by our financial planner to refinance our home mortgage for a lower rate. Their service was excellent. We never had to leave our home. Much of the transaction "paperwork" was done online and they used secure electronic signatures to make it easy.

When it was time for the physical papers to be signed, they sent a friendly and thorough Notary Public to our home. She explained what each of the forms we signed was for - so we understood it without having to read all of the mind-numbing fine print at the time. Everything went smoothly and we now have a lower monthly payment.

We received a nice thank you card from the owner and also occasionally get an email with a few helpful articles - sort of a mini-magazine that is a quick read and has some fresh ideas that we enjoy.
