As always, my purchase was seamless and I love this site. I grabbed a Venezia jersey on sale and couldn't be happier - Arena is my go-to for jerseys!

The packaging was so extremely good and looks like what the pictures show on the website! the only problem was that it arrived late, otherwise 9/10 would definitely recommend!

I treated myself to this, and opening the package instantly made my day. The whole delivery experience was effortless, which is something you don't come across often.

I strongly advise caution with this company. They sell counterfeit products at the price of authentic ones and make it incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to get a refund. Before you buy, please do thorough research and check Scam Detector.

The majority of positive reviews you see here are fake. Whenever they're accused of selling counterfeit items, having ridiculously long delivery times, or their terrible customer service, they flood their review page with fake, AI-generated responses to bury legitimate complaints. Just pay attention to the excessive use of em dashes in many of their "positive" reviews. These were not written by real people.

They are also suspiciously opaque about their identity. They provide no information about where they're actually located or registered which should be a huge red flag. It's clear they are attempting to hide their illegal business practices.

On their website they list their return address as:
King’s Rd, London, SW1W 8AQ

This is not a legitimate address as it's missing a house number and they have no operations or physical store at this location.

They are Chinese selling Chinese fake products. Stay away!

If you’re after a football jersey and are okay with it being fake, at least don’t pay full price for it. And always use proper buyer protection when making any purchase.

Really looking forward to reading their dismissive and patronising reply to this review from their “customer support”.

I do not recommend ordering from this website. I received my order after almost three weeks. The T-shirt I ordered turned out to be a fake. I can compare it because I have the same one. It is not worth paying £100 for a counterfeit product. The colour of the crests and logos does not match. The fabric is transparent and too thin, the size is different, the labels are not the same, and there are many other shortcomings. In addition, I received a PostNL tracking number, but the parcel was delivered by DHL. The parcel was not handed over to PostNL at all, and I did not receive any information about DHL. You don't have to believe me. You can see for yourselves by ordering from this website, which deceives people by selling counterfeit T-shirts instead of original ones.

They shipped the wrong product 2 months after the payment, and they have never replied to me.

UPDATE
1) It was not 2 months indeed. It took 47 days (from 2/May until 18/Jun).

2) They have shipped a shirt that I did not order. They said, "We wanted to let you know that we sent an alternative jersey as the item you selected was unfortunately out of stock.". I replied to them, saying that even after all of this, their stock showed 19 available. Again, another nice answer from them: "We are very sorry , but is a glitch from our site that it shows that we have stock on that!". They never replied why they sent me a different product without telling me that. Nice surprise!

3) Today, 2.5 months after my last communication, I just posted this. One hour later, they sent me a message, saying that they can refund me IF I remove this review.

Once again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this store!

So to update, after several emails back and forth I’ve managed to achieve a refund. The threat of a section 75 claim along with a review (which they’re most upset about) worked in the end. Funnily enough the items I bought have still not arrived despite being told they’d been despatched. If they ever do I’ll re do my review for a third time to confirm whether they’re fake or as advertised and authentic kits.

A further update,

So the shirts did arrive, and I’ve sent them back at a cost. I can confirm they’re not authentic but in fact over priced fakes.

This bogus company are now unhappy that the returns are taking longer than 5 days to get back to them. Ironic seeing as I had to be refunded as their delivery took over 3 weeks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Fake shirts. They told me before purchasing that they were real and they sent a cheap replica. They lie to you and charge you for the replica at the original price

I ordered two authentic jerseys and they sent me replicas. I wrote mail and everything and they told me that they didn’t had authentic jerseys at that moment so they sent me replicas. I returned both of them and wanted full repay. They sent me only half and stopped responding. On this site, most of reviews are fake so be careful and I recommend to not order from them.

Avoid at all costs! Had an absolute nightmare with this company after placing an order and not reading the reviews first.

First off the delivery time was long. The jersey I eventually received was both WRONG AND A FAKE. Their prices are ridiculous for fake jerseys. Returning it was impossible. Absolutely awful customer service if you can even call it that. They’re just taking the mickey.

I recommend you shop elsewhere. You’ll end up spending the same money you’d pay for an authentic jersey and you’re lucky to ever receive your order.

Finally these 5 star reviews are obviously fake. So many mention the same things such as custom jersey etc. and try to dispute the issues this company has: selling fakes, long delivery times, bad customer care. There are countless reviews where people from GB call them ”soccer” jerseys. We call it football.

Selling fake Chinese jerseys for scandalous prices, will send you a jersey alright but it will be a fake with a 300% mark up.

I was looking at their catalogue of items, and they listed a Real Madrid 21/22 Authentic Home Jersey, however after reading many reviews online claiming that their products are fake, I reached out to them via email, asking if they could provide a video verifying the authenticity and stock of the product. They responded by stating that it would take an estimate of three weeks for them to reach their warehouse before they could record a video, but that I should purchase anyways. When I kindly replied that I was happy to wait the given amount of time, but that evidence of the authenticity of the jersey was a requirement to ease any doubts before making a purchase, they quickly went back on their word, saying that they wouldn't provide it because they had too much demand, and that I should shop elsewhere. I didn't expect this type of response, instead of easing my doubts, they increased my original fear that the jerseys they sell are possibly fake. They fail to take into account that as a small business, if their products can't be verified, then they won't be able to compete with big name retailers, and customers will most likely be put off from completing orders. Instead of acting receptively towards my doubts, they managed to convince me not to shop here. The only positive point from the whole interaction was that they're quick to reply.

My name is Jordi and I am from Barcelona. I was looking for the Venezia F.C. shirt. 22/23 on the internet, and it was sold out in all online stores. I looked at 2-3 online stores and finally I decided on Arena Jerseys because I was able to chat with Customer Service. They answered all my questions quickly, and during shipping, they informed me of the status of the order. I received it in less than a month. I had a major problem, the XL size was not correct for me, I needed the Venezia F.C. size. 22/23 2XL. I spoke to customer service and they resolved the problem. They sent me a Venezia F.C. shirt. 22/23 2XL, perfect. Honestly, I am happy with Arena Jersey's service. I will choose them for a next purchase. Sure.

Mixed review for this company.
I ordered a football shirt on 13th November obviously the shirt I wanted was out of stock in all well known retailers and as this was a requested gift I took a gamble and ordered. All seemed to go well to start and I received a confirmation email. Unfortunately the tracking sent never really gave me any real details and after a month waiting for delivery I requested a refund.
I received my refund in my account 2 working days later.
I understand the worry people have as I was very nervous that I had been scammed. I'll never know if the order was lost in transit or maybe out of stock and that the retailer was hoping to get it out to me once their stocks were replenished.
Either way when a month had passed they did honour the refund and did always reply to my emails. So I don't think they are scamming people maybe just a small company trying to compete with the big sports retailers

Absolutely appalling taking people's money and not providing the shirt. Steer well clear. Trading Standards and the police have been informed.
