Ordered a shirt from here, got a confirmation email and then one the following day saying the item had been dispatched. There was a tracking number provided from the Netherlands Postal Service saying they were expecting the item. And then - nothing. After 3 weeks we chased to be told that there was a high volume on these shirts and to wait - we replied that if there was a high volume why was it marked as dispatched? We were then told to wait until "Tuesday", then "Thursday" and given different tracking sites (17track.net and Royal Mail) - both of which still said they were waiting for the item for the vendor.

After several requests they agreed to provide a refund (with a comment it may take 5-10 days for the funds to settle - tomorrow is day 5 so we will see - I am not confident). They also were at pains to tell me that I have to send the (not received) parcel back at my own cost.

Have taken other action to report and recover the not insignificant cost. Also ordered the same item elsewhere and it arrived within 3 working days, free delivery, for the same cost.

Would not recommend using this site.

sara was an amazing help to me on the websites live chat feature after i accidentally brought the authentic arsenal top instead of the non-authentic top. So consequently when it arrived my partner removed the tag before trying on as with his experience the top would fit him however it was too tight with the authentic tops slightly tighter fitting. sara in a stress free kind interaction has agreed to send me a new top free of charge and without me needing to faf around sending the other top back! amazing help i have received today and has reassured me i will buy from them again:)

Do not order from here, this is not a legitimate site and the positive reviews are most likely fake and are not verified.

They told me that my shirt had been shipped but it was never received by the courier after 3 weeks of placing the order, at first they told me my parcel was with PostNL and then they told me it was with royal mail, they provided fake tracking numbers stating that the package had been sent, but the courier never received it.

They were actually pretty quick to respond to emails telling me that it was sent and to keep on waiting, I waited over 3 weeks and still nothing. Thankfully I got a refund within 2 days of asking but they still insisted that I waited for it to come.

There are similar reviews with this same experience. Please avoid this scam company.

EDIT: The shirt arrived over 3 weeks after the order was placed and it is a replica/fake. Returning it, thank god I got a refund as I payed full price!!

I was very impressed by how affordable this company's products were, and the quality was excellent too! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good value

Do not buy any jerseys from this website, they barely tell you anything about your order, the support barely helps the users, whenever you ask for updates in your orders they just send you messages delaying and delaying your order and coming up with excuses such as “We have 10,000 orders, and our database is not working.”. Once you ask for a refund, they’ll say that it takes from 5-10 days, but I highly doubt I’ll get my refund within that time period.

They gave me my refund 2 days later. They also sent me an email where they seemed very annoyed about my review here.

I have ordered jersey a month ago and still didn't got it. Customer service is ridiculous, the only answer you get by them is "the parcel is on the way". For a month now didn't move from declaration point!! So by now I'm thinking this web shop is some heavy fraud. First time ordered something here and last for sure.
