Happy with the item, but not the delivery
I was happy with the item, but unfortunately the delivery was not so good. It was sent with "UPS", where the item was not sent to the agreed pickup location. Instead, they had tried to deliver it to my address 2 times, without any notice of what time or day. Later I received an email saying that I had to contact UPS customer service to provide a doorbell, and the lady at customer service said that they could come anytime the next day, but they never came. The day after they were supposed to come according to customer service, I stayed home all day again, except for about 10 minutes when I had to go to the grocery store. Then they had clearly been ringing the doorbell again when I was not home. I ended up having to contact UPS again, where the only option was that I had to travel all the way to the UPS warehouse in Oslo to pick it up the next day. It is also nowhere on UPS's tracking where you can enter more info or contact the delivery or anything. I hope you will take this further and consider a new delivery method.

Very disapointed
It was fine to begin with - I received the bag without trouble. But actually I chose A Retro tale because of their return policy, if I needed to. But then.. when I wanted to return the bag.. First of all their return e-mail as listed on their website was invalid. I then contacted them via their support e-mail TWICE! I’ve heard nothing for over a week og time is running out considering returning the order. I’m so disapointed. So do not buy from this website if you wanna be sure to have the possibility to return your order.
Update: your answer does’nt make sense, either you’re lying about not receiving the e-mails. Or it landed in your spamfilter and you did’nt check that. As I said - I wrote multiple e-mails to two different e-mail adresses listed on your website. And never heard anything back.

Discrepancy Between Bag Condition and Resale Standards
I purchased a bag from you three months ago, expecting it to be in better condition than it actually was. When I received the bag, it was clearly more worn than anticipated. However, I decided to keep it at the time because I really wanted the bag.
Today, I attempted to resell the bag through A Retro Tale, but they refused to accept it due to its worn condition. This raises a serious concern for me: if the bag is considered too worn to be resold, I would like to understand why it was sold in this condition in the first place.
I would appreciate a clarification regarding your quality standards and how the condition of the bag was assessed prior to sale.

I am disappointed with my experience…
I am disappointed with my experience due to multiple unresolved issues and lack of responsiveness.
The product listing stated that a dust bag would be included, but no dust bag was provided with the delivery.
The product images are materially misleading. The color of the item in person is significantly different from how it appears online. Additionally, at least one image shown does not correspond to the actual item at all, as it depicts a different leather type and different hardware color. This goes beyond lighting variation and creates a false representation of what is being sold.
The item was also accompanied by an authentication tag that was left completely blank, which is concerning given the emphasis placed on authenticity.
Most concerning is the lack of customer support. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times over four business days with no response.
Between the misleading photography, missing listed accessory, incomplete authentication documentation, and unresponsive customer service, this has been a very poor experience and I am still at awaiting response.
Although you replied on Trustpiolt I replied to your inquiry of sending photos over 48 hrs agovia email and chat and still have not heard back. I also requested any kind of status report and have not heard back.

As close as what was in the picture
The delivery was fast. And the item is as close as possible as what was in the picture that was posted. Very good detailed descriptions on the website and lots of pictures that you can zoom in and inspect, they will also send you pics or info if you requested for more. The dust bag is very nice and thick. The pricing is decent, I just wished there’s more sale percentage.

I YSL bag was great however I live in…
The YSL bag was great however I live in the US and had to pay additional 102$ not a happy camper that should be disclosed at checkout to decide if you want to purchase in the state I live no taxes you should be paying the customs charges they are on you not the consumer also when the package arrived box all beat up and the dust bag oh my gosh I could make it a dress you all need to better advertise about the customs charges. I really love the bag or it would be going back.
