I initially had difficulty with my address when I was trying to place my order, I reached out to the company and had a response almost immediately and the issue was resolved. Your order won't show up
Ordered a bag, 2 days later it claims it is our for delivery (I'm in the US, why would that make any sense)? Then they say it is delayed. UPS says they never received it. A couple weeks go by. All the sudden my order has been canceled with no explanation, just an email saying my refund is on its way. Now I have no gift for my wife's birthday and you still send me an email to rate my experience?? Lmao what a garbage company.
