So disappointed
Order was sent quickly but an expensive bag was packaged in a thin piece of tissue without much care. I requested to return it and after waiting nearly five days for a response, I've had to send an email of complaint. Appalling customer service and I will never order anything from them again especially as there are many other preloved designer platforms that put customers first and offer an acceptable level of service.

The shopping experience was wonderful, especially with purchasing from Canada. I had my eye on a bag for a long time and finally mad the decision to purchase.

My beautiful Chanel pearl belt arrived broken and in pieces. I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding a refund especially including the tariffs. This whole experience has been stressful and frustrating. I will never order again.
