I placed an order 6 days ago and it is showing the exact same status as the day I placed the order. It says they will send a email when the order is ready. 6 days to send out one hoodie. I am worried I won’t ever receive this order. I will update this review is if it ever comes
This is a total scam they don’t send your order and refuse to give you your money back and want you to pay to talk to someone. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company you will be ripped off

I bought the "Lock decoder" for $36 on their website. I am a Paramedic and thought this would be a great tool for getting into patient's locked homes in the event they fall and can't get up. I received the product but every lock I tried, the blank would not fit into. I tried locks from Master, Quickset, Schlage, and Brinks. Pretty much all of the major ones you see in the United States. I don't know if this is geared specifically to Chinese locks but the item is useless to me. I tried to return it because the website promises a money back guarantee. I went back and forth with customer service for weeks. They initially offered me $3 cash back and eventually got to $9. Now I am writing to the BBB for some resolution.

After placing my order and waiting nearly two months, I never received it. Despite repeated follow-ups with customer service, I was eventually given a tracking number that supposedly corresponded to my order. However, I never received the package. Upon further investigation with my local post office, I learned that the package was mistakenly delivered to another address. I provided customer service with this information, along with proof that it was delivered to the wrong address. Instead of resolving the issue, I was dismissed and told that, because the package is marked as “delivered,” my case is closed. This is truly disappointing and reflects poor customer service. Not only was there no option for a refund or replacement, but my concerns were disregarded as if my business means nothing. I am now filing a complaint with PayPal, as I am not the only dissatisfied customer.

After placing my order and waiting just about 2 months for it I never received it. After going back and forth with customer service they provided me with a tracking number they stated was mine which showed the package was delivered. I never received the package. I contacted my local post office who verified that the package was addressed to another address which is where it was delivered. I sent this information along with verification that it was delivered to an address other than mine to customer service. All this work just to be told that I am no longer their customer because my package is marked delivered. This is poor customer service. You have a unsatisfied customer and you disregard them as if their business means nothing to you. There was no option for a refund. No option to resend the order. Nothing.

Picked up the item from the post office this morning so me and my son inlaw tested the product out on our car windows.
We were NOT impressed with the product as all the liquid did was the same as a car washing liquid, the water did NOT sheet off like on their videos neither was it any different to the window i used normal car wash on, i even as per video of theirs washed the mirror and sprayed it with water ... it did not come instantly clear like in their videos, instead water beads just stayed there

My order was placed on July 15th. Today's date is August 22nd. Where is it ?????

Still waiting for order today is the 21st Aug order was placed on the 5th Aug 2024.

I love this product's sleek design. It is thoughtfully built and quite attractive. It functions excellently in protecting my hands from heat while cooking, and is easy to use. An added bonus - it doesn't take up much space in the kitchen. Highly recommended!

The product arrived after 2 weeks which was a bit long to wait. However, the price point was quite favorable and reasonable compared to other similar items I've seen. Despite the lengthy delivery time, the affordability of the purchase somewhat diminishes that inconvenience. Overall, for its cost, I'd say it's a decent buy.

The product arrived quicker than expected, which was excellent. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The tracking information was accurate and I appreciated the consistent updates. The delivery process was smooth and convenient. It's a handy device, very useful for my needs. Highly satisfied with the shipping experience overall. Would definitely recommend this seller.

The resin letters finally got delivered and the quality is atrocious, bought for mother's day in Australia and got here nearly 3 months late

It's nothing like the advertising complete waste of money

The item is nothing like the ad. The item looks crappy and it's way smaller than shown. Took months to even arrive.

Ordered small battery powered resin lights with embedded real flowers. Bad quality and construction.
Sent picture and they replied they saw no issues. Poor customer service and product was overpriced.

I placed the order on May 05th and I write this review on July 20th. I still do not have my order. I have chased my order and received a relatively generic response advising they would get their order to me as soon as they can. I think more than 2 months for delivery is too long - particularly when the company takes your money within 24 hours. Be wary if placing orders.

The shipping was really fast and the item was packaged well. I was very impressed by the care taken with delivery. It arrived sooner than expected. Overall, excellent service. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I made my purchase 2 months ago with the promise of 2weeks delivery… I am still waiting, and no feedback has been provided. I lost my money, this is a scam!

Terrible company to deal with. Bought something 3 nearly 4 months ago and I have no idea where it is or if it will even arrive! No tracking info provided and keep getting fobbed off by an automated messaging service. I can not talk to an actual human. DO NOT RECOMMEND- DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, SCAMMERS!

have been waiting for my delivery for over two months. Apparently it lost in transit. I have continually ask for my money to be returned.

Ordered 2 resin letters with flowers 10 weeks ago haven’t heard anything back after numerous emails contacting help desk , absolutely a scam , buyer beware !

The design is sleek and matches well with any home decor. The quality is remarkable, especially for the price. The Spring Family Bud Vases are impressive.
