Great to deal with, prompt delivery and I recently asked about knife sharpening services. They researched who sharpened Japanese knives with a whetstone. Great they went the extra yard.

Fantastic purchasing experience! Website was easy to navigate, all costs inc. delivery were clear prior to hitting the pat button. All with a personal touch too, I'd mistakenly ordered only one set of knives so submitted a subsequent order, the owner called to double check it wasn't a duplicated order prior to processing.
Delivery was easy to track and I also received a friendly reminder email to pick up from the post office too.
Will definitely be heading to their website first for future needs, keep up the great work Benny!
