Quick delivery over Christmas period
Called the technical helpline in between Christmas and New year, sounded like they were working from home (line was muffled) but I got the correct serial number for the part I needed. Went on line found and ordered the part, paid the extra for next day delivery. 20 hours later, on new years eve UPS delivered the parcel. Great service.

Useless
Ordered on Friday at 1 pm paid for next day delivery and I'm still waiting on delivery. So no central heating or hot water for 4-5 days. Terrible service all round

Purchase from Ariston Spares
Contacted the company by email with photo of the part that I required for an instantaneous water heater. The reply was very prompt, identifying the name of the part and the code. I quickly found it on the website and ordered it. The part was received after a few days. Only negative is that the delivery cost a few pounds more than the part (otherwise this would be a five star review), which is annoying. I would have no hesitation in reordering from the company or recommend to my friends.

Ariston water heater’s are very easy to connect there’s top fittings or bottom fittings to easily plumbing. Also all parts available. I had many of them in my restaurants over the years. First one I had still working after 8 years. Easily change element and thermostat.
