Cheap, quick legit and trust worthy

Everything came when expected. I was kept well informed throughout the entire transaction and delivery. The product was the cheapest I had seen on any site, and at first thought the site might be to good to be true, but it is a legit, trustworthy site. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and will be doing so :D

Very poor delivery service no phone number to contact anyone

I ordered two dresses and some boots the 17th December paid next day delivery and have still not revived the order , (24.12.2015) on Arks we sit there is no phone number I managed to find an customer service email which I emailed 5 times ! They refunded the next day delivery charge but I still don't have the items. Once you send the email to customer services it takes 24hrs to recieve a responce, which is they will look into it .

Easy and reliable

An easy process from choosing to ordering to receiving the clothes. Good quality fashionable clothing, perfect for teenagers. It was a bit fussy to use my student discount but got there in the end and it was definitely worth the 20% off!

No some senses they were very good because my package arrived on time and I got emails confirming my order and keeping me up to date so that was good! However the dress I ordered was awful quality, I payed £26 for the dress and £4 for postage and the dress was a very thin, tacky material which brought the whole experience down in afraid

Perfect.

I talked to costumer services before making my order and after I did (I talked to Temitope). My order arrived to the 260 Oxford Street JD Sports store in really good conditions, the staff in the store was really nice as well and the clothes fits perfectly. I am very pleased!

Good delivery, complicated to return!

My item was delivered on time and the communication was very good. However I now want to return my item, the nearest store is over 60 miles away and the nearest collection point is 10 miles away. It is going to be very difficult to return. Also as I collected they took the item out of the parcel bag so I will have to buy that as well and print my own return label. What a pain

Never arrived

I ordered 2 items from ark, getting free standard delevery.
I later got a email saying one item was unavailable and that the other would be despatched as soon as.
I had to email ark myself to ask which item was unavailable as it wasn't stated in my email, for them to repley the next day.
I then got an email saying it had been despatched and please allow up to 5 working days for it to be delivered.
It's now been 7 working days and still no item.
Emailed ark and there looking it to it, 4 days later and no reply.
Emailed them today saying I just want my money back.
Ark is meant to be the new bank as its in business with jd sports.
Wouldn't order again from ark I'd rather pay the full price for my dress on
