So Far, So Good
I just recently opened an Ark7 account so this review might be premature, but I have to say I like what I see so far.
I already have crowdfunded real estate investments at Arrived, Fundrise, Groundfloor, and Roots. They all have their strengths and weaknesses.
What I am liking about Ark7 is its simplicity, and especially the ability to buy into the initial offering of a property AND to trade shares in already-funded properties. This is mostly lacking from the other platforms.
The low cost of entry is a plus, too.
I may decide that Ark7 is where I'll concentrate my RE investing going forward. As I said, it's early for me, so I'll need to get a few more weeks or months under my belt to come to a final conclusion. But so far, so good.

My money was locked up for months…
My money has been locked up for over two months and they will not allow me to withdraw it.
When you make a deposit they do not tell you that is is locked in for 60 days. But even after the 60 day period has past, they still will not refund my money.
Every withdrawal request fails, even after trying three different national banks. (BofA, Citi, Cap One)
I have reached out to customer service and not had remedy yet.
I hope I do not need to further escalate the issue to authorities as this is starting to smell like they do not allow customers to even withdraw their funds. I do not recommend.
Update: I received my refund after a lot of hassles. Customer service has been hassling me to change my review on trust pilot. I still do not recommend.
Second update: Ark7 updated thier response about a year later to say they held my money due to a "failed deposit" but initially they told me they were locking my money for 60 days due to money laundering laws. Both stories can't be true, so I know they are not truthful. Very sketchy company.
A separate note, I signed up initially from a promotion promising a bonus and the bonus was also denied. This is not the reason for me negative review, just a fact worth sharing for folks who are signing up specifically for a bonus.

The concept is exactly what I’m looking for but the return is too low to warrant any serious investment. Ex. $117 invested with $.19 monthly dividend.
